The online application for the Children's Mutual Child Trust Fund was very easy to use.
I still managed to mess up and put my daughter's DOB incorrectly, However, a quick email saw this responded to and rectified almost immediately. The account was set up and the voucher sent off immediately and within a month I got 30pounds of Mothercare vouchers which is great!
The call centre staff were also friendly and helpful when my mum rang up to make a debit card payment and now she does that online... (read more)
