Bad Points: I received a reminder about the need to send in the government voucher after I'd sent it in, but this is probably an automated thing, came around a week after the voucher got sent. It's stakeholder only and I am a bit worried that with the current economic climate there's the potential for a fall in value in the short-term. But As I've stated in other reviews, in the long-term I'm not overly concerned and now's a good time to make top-up payments.
General comments: The online application for the Children's Mutual Child Trust Fund was very easy to use.
I still managed to mess up and put my daughter's DOB incorrectly, However, a quick email saw this responded to and rectified almost immediately. The account was set up and the voucher sent off immediately and within a month I got 30pounds of Mothercare vouchers which is great!
The call centre staff were also friendly and helpful when my mum rang up to make a debit card payment and now she does that online too. Really good customer service at the call centre.
