    our stay at the Belvadear was very nice, the pool is lovely and like the accomadation kept clean no complaints at all on that side of things. On the down side of things air conditioning is a ceiling fan in the room and not at all enough if facing the volly ball pitch where the sun shines most of the day and the room is like an oven.The entertainment at night lets the hotel down, allthough the staff do there best to help you to enjoy your stay it's really entertainment for the kid's and i feel it should be advertised more as a family hotel.There was no shortage of food or choice with hot and cold dishes on offer.Iwould recommend a stay at Hotel Belvedere in Majorca,San Augustin.

    Belvedere Hotel is a great hotel, good food and drink, good value. Very happy.

    Food was good, with plenty of choice. Constant noise throughout hotel. Doors being slammed. Neighbouring dogs barking, delivery vehicles early hours. Would never go back to the Belvedere Hotel. Majority of guests rude.

    Just got back from hotel belvedere after a two week holiday, August 2008. Hotel lovely and clean and staff very nice, food was good lots of choice and pool lovely although mostly deep. Would go back but only for a week two weeks is too long and can get boring. Only bad point is the entertainment in the evening, only one hours entertainment a night from 10 till 11, which is not great, entertainment team work hard in that hour but rely on audience participation. Lots of people just sitting round ...

    San Augustin Belvedere Hotel's local beach is just as nice as Palma Nova, about 10 mins walk but a bit of a hill when coming back, not suitable if walking difficulties but OK other wise.
    Had no complaints about this hotel, went Aug 2nd for 14 nights 2008, safe for children, hotel spotless, food lovely booked to go again next year. Fantastic hotel.

    We went to the Belvedere hotel in Sept 2006 and had a wonderful time. In fact we are due to fly back out with First Choice in 3 weeks time and we cant wait. The location is great if you want to get away from it all, the food was good and not once did we have any complaints, the hotel is spotless, staff are helpful and it's only a short distance from Palma on the local bus just outside the hotel. Yes they do use plastic cups but this is for health & safety. All we can say is roll on Sept 6th.

    The hotel was lovely and clean, I have read reports that people think the staff were unfriendly, whilst I was there, May 2008, they were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they were brilliant with kids. Plenty of space round the pool, very safe for children. the entertainment at night was fantastic, disco for kids, adult entertainment that was still OK for children stay and watch.     We had a great holiday at the Belvedere.
    We went in July 2007 as part of our 25th Wedding Anniversary accompanied by our 13-year-old daughter. We had read the reviews about this hotel on this and other sites and, on the whole, thought it a good choice. We were not disappointed at all. We already knew about their use of plastic cups and realised this was an important Health and Safety element due to bar's poolside location.

    42 guests that arrived at the San Augustin Belvedere Hotel on the same day as us moved elsewhere. The place was like a prison camp. They had paper or plastic cups for adult drinks all evening, and they said they had no staff to wash glasses. We would not even stay here on a cheap allocation on arrival, and we were sent there after booking cruise and stay nearly a year in advance.
