    Good Points: It is value for money as long as your car isn't damaged in the process!


    General comments: We have parked with APH Gatwick on a number of occasions over the years and up to this last use it was all okay and efficient. But, this time, we collected the car late at night. We were tired after a long journey and we found the car was covered in a film of white dust. This aside, we went home and upon close inspection in the morning we found a small dent over the wheel arch. The car is only three months old and was in perfect condition upon entering the car park. Of course, as soon as we contacted APH they absolved all responsibility because we had driven off the site. My main gripe is the customer service - abysmal! They gave us the complete run around and just shrugged their shoulders. So, the moral of the story is - thoroughly check your car before leaving the site. They don't want to know otherwise and are downright rude with it.

    First time I have used APH Parking at Gatwick. I found them online and they were the cheapest so I thought I would give them a try. I must say I was very impressed. They were easy to find and have a very efficient check in and check out system and very frequent coach service to and from Gatwick which is only about 10 minutes away. My car was ready for me just outside the office when we returned so we didn't have to go looking for it in the car park. I would certainly use them again

    APH Gatwick is a stress free, friendly, efficient experience. I have used them for 4 years and whilst their prices are outstandingly cheap their service is anything but downmarket, in fact they may be the best operator in the area. The coach transfer is always pleasant and very regular and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes, the staff are great and it is also the cheapest parking option for Gatwick by a large margin.     On arrival if you are booked into APH apparently you should ask for a white ticket not a green ticket if you want your car to stay on the compound.

    After handing in my keys, when I returned to collect the car (which I used to go to the airport with) from APH car parking at Gatwick airport, (a) the battery was "completely" flat, (b) I found out that it had been driven 6 miles unbeknown to me, (even though it says on APH terms and conditions 4.5 "at its premises at one of its parking sites" (i.e. they do not mention that their other parking site is a whole 3 miles away, meaning it was driven on the road while I was under the impression that i ...

    Lots of coaches to and from Gatwick airport if you use Gatwick APH Parking. The staff are fast and efficient, and very helpful. I have used this service 3 times now, and I feel happy knowing the car is safe and secure.
