    Good Points: Quiet, safe, great views and beach.


    Bad Points: Only 1 resteraunt on the island so you are cooking most of the time or eating off island.


    General comments: Colony Don Pedro is a great place to spend a family vacation or recharge your batteries. There is no traffic, no loud people and a crowded beach is 20 people in view. A lot of time there is no one in sight. You feel like you have the entire beach to yourself. I can not think of a better place to relax and enjoy some R&R time. We stayed in unit 20 and it was great, lots of new updates like carpet and king size master bed.

    We rented a Condo through Anne Merry of Islander Properties on Palm Island (unit 19) in Florida. From the moment we walked in the door, there was one poor quality issue after another for the full week. A hotel would have moved us if we were unsatisfied. We spent over $2000 on this unit. There was limited equipment for us to use, including a rusted teapot, broken toaster, broken oven, broken dryer, stained sheets, torn sheets and comforters, no access to the electrical outlets outside to plug ...
