Bought a Garmin GPSr as an unsealed out of box item. It was cheaper therefore than a BNIB sealed item. Totally impressed with the customer service and the product which was 'as new'. It was delivered 2 days after the Sunday order. The day it arrived I notified the customer service that the package was missing some items that had been listed as included in the deal. I bought a Galaxy S3 and never received it. It's been almost a year and didn't receive a refund, I am being told by the customer service that the claim is still in process. I recently purchased a Motorola Defy from Handtec. Within 24 hours of receiving the phone, it started to re-boot constantly. I contacted Handtec and they asked me to return ther device back to them at my cost. In otherwords - I had to pay the cost of return postage and insurance. This is sharp practice for a device that is essentially DOA. After ordering a keyboard and paying through the roof for next day delivery, a week later, I had to ring Handtec, who then explained that the item was not in stock, and 'may be arriving in 2 or 3 weeks'. No refund offered on my postage, no apology, and no clarification on whether i will ever actually receive the item. Avoid these amateurs. (read more)

I have ordered a pair of nokia purity pro handset and placed the order. The next day I received an email asking for more information: a photo of my ID or passport and the bank aothorization number. I gave this information, I could see that this ticket was processed (there is a mark on their website when a trouble ticket has been processed) but no reply. I made my first order on the 17th Dec 2012 which was a 'Garmin Nuvi 3490LMT' GPS. In a week time I received the device but I bad condition as if its a second hand and not a brand new one. The device was partially damaged and has a black screen problem and the response to the physical touch was weak. Also, there a was a dent at the back of it. I found on there website the phone I wanted and cheaper than Amazon. I placed my order with a Visa International issued in France as I did so any times in the UK with companies such as Amazon, Easyjet, NationalExpress,etc (as it said "International", once you passed the security ckecks, you can use it anywhere in the World).
