Always placed very cautious about ordering online esp if its to a country out side of the UK main land,I was the first to have the BOLD 9700 delivered to the UAE, and although had a few mails going back and forth mainly due to me being over cautious, GOODS were delivered before expected and in perfect condidtion, would not hesitate in useing or recomending this site to order, in fact I am already placeing another order..! Easy to use and informative web site. Satnav delivered to Dublin within two days.I had received advice of dispatch and a tracking number.
A nice easy transaction with the best price by far!

I called Friday morning to purchase the latest blackberry mobile phone. I got through to someone very quickly. I explained that I had trouble ordering online. The male on the other end was absolutely professional. Took care of my need in a swift and very friendly manner. I hoped the execution of the whole deal would be as smooth as the ordering. Misadvised by both mail and phone, then wrong goods delivered. Quick to take payment, but am still waiting after a week for refund. Poor customer service - even aggressive when you call.

The company took my order and money and then cancelled, the order have not refunded me and have messed me around as well as accusing me of being a security risk. A week later I am out of pocket and cannot purchase elswhere as they still have my cash.
Their sales and customere service is bad and their attitude is one of couldn't care less.

I placed an order from abroad via their website (they claim to deliver internationally) and two days after taking the money from my account they come up with a list of 'proof of identitiy' that I need to deliver. Although I posted all the ID they asked for, they kept extending the list and coming up with new requests.

They really are a bunch of lazy amateurs who've unfortunately been given the power to annoy people with stupid requests. I have now cancelled my order.

Do not buy from Handtec!! Buy it from Amazon instead!! They are sloppy and slow in everything they do; i am still waiting for my phone to be delivered, so far it is one day late and i have been made empty promises by Handtec. Even if it costs a little more, always, always use a big, reputable company when shopping online. NOT HANDTEC!!!

Once again, Handtec were brilliant. Ordered the product and asked for it to be delivered to the flat that I live in whilst working away from home. Delivery driver didn't access properly due to workman round my flat and wouldn't let me collect it (due to having no ID for my weekday address), and so I contacted Handtec via email. They had the delivery address changed to my work address that afternoon and the next morning it was delivered to my work address so that I had my parcel - at no extra ...

I ordered this on a Friday, got a fantastic price for it (the best I could find and let me tell you, I'm a chronic low-price searcher!), and it was delivered the next day, a Saturday, for just an additional few quid over normal delivery. I also mailed them to check whether it was going to get to me for Saturday etc, and their email response time was wonderful - a few hours. Definite recommendation from me. Paul J

I ordered this phone from a well-known online store, 11 days ago, and still haven't received it! In fairness, they say it was dispatched 9 days ago, therefore, the problem is probably with Royal Mail. However, I decided to find an alternative supplier and came across Handtec. I placed the order by phone yesterday at 4:10pm and received it this morning at 9:30am. Fantastic service - would definitely recommend.

Initially I was unsure about making my purchase from Handtec, because of reading some bad reviews.
Since having a bad experience with an Amazon marketplace camera supplier, I now always read sellers reviews on Google before purchasing online.

Handtec sold me a 'new' phone that was faulty and may not have been new.

I returned it pretty much unused (due to the fault) to them at my own expense for refund. They are now refusing to refund me as they say the 'phone had been damaged although they acknowledge that it was returned complete with all the protective stickers etc all still in place!

BEWARE dealing with this Company, if I had know then what I know now I'd have never even contacted them.

I just want to share my customer satisfaction for a short experience with HandTec.

I have sent a question (about Heart Rate Monitor start delivered with Garmin 310XT) and less than 10 minutes after I got the (satisfactory) answer !!
Well done Hantec customer service.
As prices are generally good I will buy from them if I decide to go for that stuff.

I purchased two mobile phones from these guys but had problems with both handsets and had to return them for refunds. It's how they dealt with my returns that pleased and impressed me.

The first phone I ordered had a problem that I didn't feel was a fault, but just poor quality on the manufacturer's part. I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 405CX from Handtec which was great and I was very happy with it for about a week, until I started using it for longer runs, or in the rain. In both situations either due to perspiration or rain respectively I found that the touch-sensitive bezel either froze completely or even went haywire, responding to non-existent 'phantom touches'.

I've bought Garmin Dakota20 just few weeks after Garmin released this model in europe. Handtec was even cheaper than ebay.
Next day delivery to Southern Ireland (I receive the package next day morning before shipping confirmation email - has never happened before when ordered from UK - brilliant)
Highly recommended.
