    I am very happy with the service provided by Ludlow Thompson.
    The consultant was extremely committed and reliable and helped us to find an excellent flat at a reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable about the market and provided us with all the necessary information. The rental procedures were very explicit, quick and went smoothly. The terms and conditions were lucid and straightforward, without any hidden catches. Moreover, all the useful information related to the rental and all corresponding documents are easily accessible to the tenants on the agency's very comprehensive web page.

    I would like to make a very positive comment about the way Ludlow's and in Particular Kevin handled this sale. Although the sale happened very quickly, the buyers were not without problems and Kevin dealt with them and us most professionally. I can also say that his and Daniels kept us informed all the way and as I have not had any negative feedback from my solicitor, I can only assume the same goes with other professionals involved in the sale.

    I was at the end of my lease and needed to find a new property to rent by the end of the week. I registered on the Ludlow Thompson website, and by the end of the next morning I had a call back from one of their agents, who told me that he had lined up three properties which may suit me. He told me one of the properties I asked him about already had been let, and he was very flexible in the timings I could view them.

    I have recently rent a property through Ludlow Thompson Kilburn branch and I have been very pleased with the service provided by them.

    They have been very helpful and supportive and tried to clearly understand my needs to ensure I receive information relevant to my specific criteria.

    They helped me with every single thing I enquired about and made the moving process very smooth and easy.

    Happy with service, the guy who helped us with getting the property couldn't be more helpful or efficient. Ludlow do however, provide your detials to an insurance and an energy company to set you up with new acounts for your new house. We didn't take them up, as we got better deal elsewhere.

    They were really good at finding us suitable properties and arranging viewings. Each agent was very nice and helpful, however we did see someone different every time, it would have been better to deal with just one or two people. Also, since moving in we've had a lot of emails, letters etc from Sparks energy even though we said we didn't want their services, and this is via ludlow.

    To Whom it may concern,

    I just wanted to say that the letting progess on my flat was done very efficiently and quickly. New tenants seem happy and appear to love the flat. Alex managed to answer all my questions and querries efficiently and clearly, enabling me to be happy with the service that I have received. I would recommend Ludlow Thompson to others that need to let out a property.

    We arranged to go to the estate agents on a saturday to view a few properties.The agent had arranged more than one for us so we could get the most out of our trip, as we were located in East London at the time.This was great for us as we were able to compare what we saw.The last property we saw we went straight back to the office and put in an offer.

    I have previously had some concern regarding this company but on the last occasion I found the agent to be professional and confident in his dealings with me. All went very smoothly even the invoicing side.

    Just dropping a quick note in appreciation of the quick and smart service offered by Jason and Samuel at the Kilburn office. Definitely found what we were looking for, and stayed within our price range.

    All they need are post-it note reminders to call people back within the self-specified time-frame.

    Very polite and helpful staff. They listened to our criteria and showed us property which met our needs well, Andrew was able to negotiate with our landlord to enable us to move with ease. The after move support has also been very useful.

    Just a note to say I was little short of thrilled by the service provided by consultants Samuel and Jason during a recent letting transaction at the Kilburn office.

    I am a particular stickler for customer service, but the sterling performance of these two up-and-coming young guns was little short of top notch. I completed the letting process feeling that in addition to gaining a flat, I had gained two new best friends.

    Ludlow Thompson were very helpful in showing us suitable properties, and in a short time scale. They were also very helpful with problems in the letting process, and it was dealt with quickly, their website set-up making it very simple. Communication can occasionally be slow and things forgotten, but generally they were easy to communicate with, helpful and attentive to the entire process.     LUdlow Thompson gave us a mixed service. Our personal estate agent was very very helpful, a guy called sherard who went out of his way to find us the perfect house after a few disappointments. his manager alexander was also very helpful.

    Ludlow T are very fast at finding tenants for my properties, but their management of the properties is inept. I regularly get emails from their own estate agents requesting to let the properties, even though they are already let through their own company. I even get unsolicited phone calls from them rearding the sale of the properties.

    They take all the management fees in advance, and use the tenant's deposit for this purpose. These dubious practices sum up this outfit.

    Very fast efficient service. Put property with them on the Friday evening - having been disappointed with another local estate agent who had been handling it - they had viewings on the Saturday, an offer on the Monday and the tenants moved in on the THursday - less than a week!
    Having all the details of viewings on the web made it easier to see at a glance what was going on, rtaher than having to constantly chase for feedback. Having all the documesnt on the web-site was also helpful.

    The Agents are really helpfull, and they are prepared to give all information about the properties.
