The advisor we had at the Wimbledon branch was very professional at first, taking us to see lots of properties - but as soon as we started negotiating, his attitude changed completely. He would take days to come back to us regarding our offers - probably hoping to get a better one. Eventually, our final offer was accepted, but a few days later he claimed the landlords had had a change of heart and said the only way to keep the flat was to improve our offer. I rent a house with them. The charge extremely high fees (£800.00 and over)and they give a very poor customer service. The agents don't reply to your emails specially if it is a request. They completely ignore any requests and deliberately lie on you face. They play smart with you and treat you with lack of respect and honesty. Ludlow Thompson (Tooting) have lied to us in saying the stove/hub in the flat we rent would be replaced with a new one, 9 months later and we're still using the old broken down stove that came with the flat, they manage the property and we have called many times for this issue (and others) to be resolve and nothing was done. They did lots of viewings, gave good feedback and then secured the full asking price within a couple of days. To my pleasure they then had a sealed bid and secured me a fantastic price.
