Good looking in photographs. Easy travel system device except the car seat should have a base you can leave in the car as it is a bit of a battle to secure each time. Each child has a view of the world. Nice and narrow.
Where do I start?! this pram is a monster - its enormous! the shopping basket is inaccessible. Hard to push (tends to veer). Mounting a curb is only possible if you face it head on if you try to turn and mount it will topple. It is extremely heavy. When my son (2 years old) falls asleep he is rudely awakened by the wheel crushing his leg as it turns.
Such a nice idea ... such a shame.

I bought this when my youngest was a couple of months old. There is fifteen months between him and his sister - he has now just turned 1 and she is 2. Neither are above average size or weight for their ages and I should still have about a year's use before my little girl is too heavy for the pushchair. The problem is obviously only going to get worse as they both get heavier. On the very short school run that I do, the pavements are, in many places, not completely flat. I'm physically quite ...

The Jane Powertwin pushchair is a total utter waste of money. There should be somewhere mothers can go to test drive pushchairs, not just push them about in a shop for 5 minutes. The first time I tried to get up a rather large kerb, the pushchair tipped over, and the babies were only 6 months old at the time. It is also hard to manoeuvre around obstacles!!

The problems with the Jane Powertwin were that my 12 month old's feet were already touching the foot board in the front seat, so the front seat would only last a matter of months before his feet would be dangling dangerously around the front wheel. He is also going through the arching back phase when trying to strap him in the pushchair, and in the Powertwin he really didn't sit that well. The front seat also doesn't really recline enough for me to be happy for my son to sleep in it. The rear ...

The Jane Powertwin pushchair is not worth the money it costs. Bad balance, and the swivel option is a washout. Customer service is also bad.

I have used several different double strollers and this is by far the best one. I live in a small town and there are no indoor malls so when going from store to store, through door after door, having a small stroller is the only way to go. The other front-back strollers are so difficult to steer (and long) and the side-by-sides are too wide to get through most doors. It is not large and that is the point of it. You can not load it up with shopping bags but if I am picking up a few items I ju ...

Overall, I love this push chair. It is the only one that would fit in our car (Vauxhall Astra 2005). It will virtually fit in any hatchback. This push chair is easier to push and steer than any other push chairs I have had and I have had many in the past - including twin push chairs.

Overall, the Jane Powertwin may be a pushchair to consider for twins, as they will both be in the car seats together, and then transfer into the big seats at the same time, which would mean you would not have the problem with the toddler not been able to recline. The pram bag however is far too small for twins, and at around £40.00, buying two of these would prove very costly. I now wish I had gone for the Phil and Ted Explorer, as it is cheaper and more comfortable for both children!
