I've been flying ANA for many years. Never ever ANA dissapoint me. Their service is great. The cabin attendant very professional and friendly. Flight always on-time. Selection of entertaintment and Duty Free inflight shopping are huge. If anything can be improve, is to make the English level of the attentdant better. Is not that they don't speak English, but sometime still with thick accent that you need them to repeat to be able to understand.

This was my third trip to Japan since August 2007. Wanted to fly ANA to compate the service I got with JAL. Took flight NH001 on September 3, 2009, returning on flight NH002 on September 8, 2009. The service was just as good. The flight attendants were so polite, so professional, and the food service was good indeed. For people living in the Washington DC area and flying to Japan, I recommend flying ANA instead. It will get you there few hours sooner than flying JAL from New York or... (read more)
