    Good Points: The phone was delivered very promptly without fuss


    Bad Points: Looks like they have gone bust so any cashback deals look pretty much dead in the water.


    General comments: Since these guys were internet based I expected no communication from them. The fact that they have gone under and I didn't know just confirms the fact.
    Buyers beware of this sort of thing happening.
    Cash back offers that seem too good to be true usually are...

    To all of those who have taken out a contract with Simply3g I can only recommend you speak with your network and explain the situation with simply 3g closing their doors. I have been with simply 3g since march 07 and did actually receive my first cashback payment but upon being completely ignored by them from august 07 onwards decided to call 3 and tell them my situation, they were very helpful and offered me a deal i was very happy with, this to be honest seems to be the only way to be compensa ...

    I also had a contract via simply 3 G. I was just about to start legal proceedings against them, but have just seen that their website has been taken over by administrators.

    I also believe 3 mobile (the service provider) to be at fault. I advised them of Simply 3G when I first started having problems with them. They said they would look into it and get back to me.     As far as I am aware they have not payed the cash back for the first three month as well as second two months.
    My question is, if I am sure that they won't pay the cash back why am I still continuing the contract? Suppose if I stop the direct debit payment what will happen?
    Anyway, Dont recommend Simply 3G.

    Took another two cash back phones out with them yes you no what Im going to say, NOT received any back for these two yet.
    I will never use companies with cash back offers again. I'm so sad, don't recommend Simply 3G.

    Received an email today stating that Simply 3g are now in liquidation. Not good news for all us existing customers awaiting cashback claims!! Website now appears to have gone too - which is a blessing in disguise as i had noticed that it was still trading!! At least no one else will be taken for a ride.

    As with many I had cashback claims outstanding with Simply 3G and they never paid.. I had the "In the post", "Lost on the post" many times before starting a small claim against them. They filed to make a defence (then never entered one) to delay me getting any money and when I finally managed to get the Bailiffs to go in they had cleared out and no one knows what's happened to them The website www.simply3g.co.uk is still active and it's possible to place orders.     They are still taking orders on their website, but there is no phone number, no email address, i am owed all of my cashback from them but it looks like i will get nothing either like lots of other people on here, am gutted.

    In the first few months they sent the cashback cheques late. I have now finished my contract with them and they have not sent me my last cheque. I've tried calling but all there numbers say there office is closed and refer to a link on their website for office hours. I called them at 11:30am on a weekday.

    I have been a customer of Simply 3G for 2-3 years now and have always found them a pleasure to deal with and always received my cashback claims.Until now! Like most of these companies, Simply 3G are going down the same route of not being able to pay up!I have no longer been able to speak to anyone.You can now only contact them via email but I have not received a reply within the stated 24 hours.     I have not received any cash back yet from Simply 3G, my cheque should arrive by Nov, but still waiting. The telephone number given by them is constantly advising you the office is closed at all times of the day, send them a message several times but always ignored, no email from them. I would like to advised all of people never go with this company.

    The cheques did not come as promised, when they did have a number to contact them the reps were not at all polite, i did recommend a lot of friends but no more,they are to good to be true,be aware!

    Clearly they now consider Cashback a means of attracting customers knowing that they can get away without actually giving the cashback. My contract was with 3G, whilst the phones came from Simply 3G, but even 3G seem uninterested to resolve my problems. My strong recommendation is stay clear. All that glitters is NOT gold!

    I took a 12 months contract, got 2 cash back but after that they haven't given my 3rd cash back though they approved my 3rd cash back claim. Now this is 4th cash back to claim. though I'm not sure they gonna make it or not however I will send it to the adresses I found on their website.

    Simply 3G are a poor company who were once excellent at customer service but haven't been for a few months now. I have been unable to find their phone number from thier website so unable to contact them. Slow response to emails, haven't paid cashback claims even though they have been approved.

    The contract I took out with simply3g has now expired. I have had my final cashback approved I still haven't received it. It seems from the email I have received from simply3g and previous reviews they are nearly bust, not sure what to do now?
    Should l kiss good bye to my '£200?? Is there anything I can do to get the cash back??? any advice appreciated..

    The contract I took out with simply3g has now expired and although I got my first 3 cash backs without a problem, although I have had my final cashback approved I still haven't received it. I've emailed them and it seems that they underestimated the amount of people who would make successful claims. They're trying to work round paying what they owe but say they'll have to liquidise (and so we'll get no cashback) if we all insist on instant payment. So its just a case of waiting and hoping.

    Missed out on first cashback claim as simply 3g would not accept a copy (provided by 3)of first bill. Third cashback claim accepted and confirmed but did not receive after 45 days as contract. Couldn't contact on phone as other reviewers and emails. Email sent to me mid December stating problems and that if I demanded my cashback amount the firm would be forced into liquidation. Either way I do not get my money. Final claim gone in early December but no acknowledgement. As other reviewers ...
