    I have been going to Willie Smarts for a couple of years now, and really love the salon. It has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which is very welcoming as it can be difficult finding a salon where one feels really comfortable. I have had several different stylists when my 'own' is unable to cut and colour my hair, which is always done brilliantly and they have all been excellent. A really good local which I would recommend to anyone wanting good haircarein a friendly environment.

    I loved HeadQuarterz !

    Very good vibe and outstanding professionals....Well done guys and good luck!!!!

    Wide range of services and products...I found everything I was looking for....specially the BRAZILIAN KERATIN TREATMENT...

    It is just perfect, Sunsbury's car parking across the road, £1 for two hours and you can still do some shoping after a haircut.

    I had my hair coloured and cut today at Willie Smart's by one of the new stylists and I was amazed! I left a very happy girl! Do not be scared when they say "New Stylist", the girl I had was amazing! This was my first time at Willie Smart's, I usually get my hair done in another salon in the same area but they are always messing up my appointments so I decided to try a different one.     After being a loyal customer to Willie Smarts for three years, it seems that they are getting a little big for their boots. My usual stylist left, and I haven't found anyone there who matches up. They always seem to be too busy to greet you when you arrive, I ALWAYS have to wait at least 10-15 minutes, and the last few cuts I've had haven't been what I wanted or specifically asked for.

    Worst hairdressing experience of my life!

    Where to start, the staff were rude and generally unpleasant apart from the lovely receptionist who seemed to genuinely want to help. I arrived to find that my appointment had been schedueled for the wrong day (a day I was not able to make) after waiting some time they found one of the male sytlists who said that he would do my hair although did not want to do it as I asked because he just did not have time.     I had an awful experience at Willie Smarts, Clapham. First of all, my hair was cut badly, but because I thought that the salon seemed friendly, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned to ask if they could rectify this.     I had a really good experience at Willie Smarts. I found the staff there really friendly and my stylist didnt rush me when I was a bit indecicive about which cut I wanted. In fact, he talked me through what he thought would suit me most and I was really happy with the results. They had some lovely products but wern't pushy about trying to sell them to me. They smelt lovely! I'd definately go back for more.

    Living such an active life as I do, I rely on Willy Smarts as they are my local neighbourhood hairdresser. In all the 15 years that I've been going there I have never been disappointed with the results. Within the past few years I've called on the services of some of Willy's more junior stylists to keep my thatch in shape. Other staff come highly recommended by me. They are always highly professional and eager to please besides being good laughs

    Willie Smarts have cool staff, good music and great hair dressers. What more could you ask for? Don't pretend you like what they have done then leave and moan about it afterwards

    I had a haircut from a guy who was great. Been back several times since then and had people stop me in the street and comment on what a great haircut I've had despite them not knowing me or the fact it was a recent haircut

    Do not go to Willie Smarts, Clapham. The stylist I have had for the past 3 visits barks at me. She even had a go at me when I came early one day and was browsing through magazines for ideas. I was ordered to take my seat there and then even though we had 15 mins until my actual appointment time. On another occasion, I was told that my hair couldnt be cut correctly because the previous person had made such a terrible job of the layers - it was previously cut by another hairdresser at Willie Smart ...

    I made an appointment for a roots regrowth and a fringe cut with Willie Smarts. My 'stylist' , who did not have a clue of good manners and how to professionally deal with clients.She cut my fringe with one gesture, without actually looking what she was doing.It was not straight and completely awful! I would have done better job myself! She refused to tint my regrowth , as apparently my six weeks one was too short and told me to wait another month.     Very friendly service at Willie Smarts, expert advice recieved on my pixie style hair cut. the senior stylist Mark spent ages on perfecting it! I walked in and asked for an appointment today which was a busy friday lunch time, and they fitted me in which was excellent. The shop was clean and full of friendly staff.     Both my sister and I have had bad experiences at Willie Smarts. This is a real shame as we were recommended by a friend who loves the stylist that she uses there.
    My sister returned to the salon after her stylist sent her from the salon with a colour that had not taken to her hair. When she returned after asking for the colour to be done again the unenthusiastic stylist didn't dry her hair (as this would cost extra - even though it was there fault she was back).     I have not walked away from Willie Smarts after a negative experience in my 8 months using the salon. I go every 8 weeks.
    The colour is fantastic and as a blonde this is crucial in getting my repeat business. The stylists are fantastic and would highly recommend. Its also about the whole experience with coffee refills a plenty and nice smelling cherry shampoo.

    I've had a couple of cuts here each time by different hairdressers. Each time been pretty happy with the job and I'm reasonably fussy. But it's a bit pricey ie; £40+ for a chop. I'm a bloke so this is probably cheap relative to women normally pay. Used to getting my hair cut for half as much when I was living in North London. Still if I can't be bothered heading North I'll head to Willies as the results have been good so far.

    I went to get my hair cut at Willie Smiths. The service was rushed, the stylist did little consultation and didn't bother to separate and cut my hair but just went round and cut it in 2 minutes. When I arrived home I noticed a couple parts of my hair were longer than rest so have had to get my friend to trim those parts! Awful experience and waste of money.

    I have literally just got back from my haircut at Willie Smarts (3pm Friday 11th April 2008) and am a sobbing mess. I hate it wholeheartedly. I have a chubby face and asked that the layers would cover the sides of my face-they look like a too-long-fringe on each side of my face. I look worse than when I went and if you had seen my hair before you had better think twice about going there.
