General comments: Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful, which is very rare to find these days. My purchase of Angelina Ballerina arrived on time and in perfect condition. Very happy with everything.

A wonderful website that I have used many times and will continue to do so. They often stock items that are so hard to find anywhere else and my daughter loves her special deliveries from the company. The items also come brilliantly packaged and really give a personal touch. 10/10 from me!

I will definitely be buying from the Petite Souris website again, and I will recommend them to all my friends. They have a fantastic range of merchandise to browse and buy, and good value for money. I was kept up-to-date via e-mail on my order progress, as well receiving as a very speedy and efficient service.

I came across the Petite Souris site when I was looking for lazy town bedding. They had the whole range, so I thought "great, let's order it all". I ordered on the Monday evening and received an acknowledgement straight away. The next day I received an email saying the order had been dispatched. Then on the Wednesday I received another email saying the order would be with me by 3pm that day; and at about 12.30 that day the goods were with me. Excellent service I would say. I have no hesitation in ordering again from Petite Souris again. I would recommend them to all my friends with children, as the range is so vast and comprehensive, so you can order all your children's favourite characters under one roof!!

Super fast dispatch of high quality goods. I have been buying for my kids' parties online for years, and buying from petite Souris has been one of the best experiences I have had. Goods delivered extra fast, packaged well and of the quality expected. Would recommend.

Apparently the Petite Souris site is run by parents only, so occasionally they close in longer school holidays.
