A good comapny until things go wrong. Having bought many items the rpicing and delivery are satisfactory but the most recent, a printer, failed within 2 months. WE refused to replace despite the very short timescale and I had to wait until it had been returned to Canon for repair. Nobody could discuss this policy or transfer me to someone senior, all emails on the subject were ignored. Eventually I did obtain the address of the Operations Director to make a complaint, and I shall not be using them again.

My problems with WE.

3 times my order has been cocked up. Where I have ordered goods which were in stock to be told an hour later they are not in stock. 3 times on 3 successive and seperate orders. They are refusing to offer me any thing as good will even tho I am looking to spend nearly £2500.

Useless. Cocked up payment once. Had me running around my banks and them trying to sort and it was thier fault.

The service is normally good, but I RECOOMMEND calling, which defeats the webs ...

Purchased TrekPod GO! PRO; 19th Nov 09; 4pm, arrived following day 20th at 10am, after using the said on holiday I had a problem with the locking arm, contacted Warehouse Express whom gave me the number of the main distributors for this product, explained my problem, took my details, sent me a replacement head the following day, this is how service should be. Despite some of the poor reviews I had read I chose Warehouse Express because their pricing seemed good and I found their website really useful. I called to check on availability at around 4pm, almost everything was in stock. The delivery arrived the following morning. The customer service was great - I was told that one item I had ordered was out of stock but was kept well informed of its ongoing availability. I would definitely recommend Warehouse Express.

I am happy to contradict all those who have rated WE 1 star!

1. Clear and relevant FAQ-section.
2. I live in Norway and WE accommodate VAT free deliveries to non-EU countries (As stated in FAQ).
3. Very quick response to all my emails (I had lots of questions!).
4. As a new customer they required proof of residence, which I found cumbersome. This is to prevent fraud, and of course in my favour.
5. Use Visa/Master Card secure pay.
6. Delivered in 3 days, and tracked all the way.

Unfortunately I bought a new iMac 24' computer two working days before Apple brought out a major update to the 24'. I normally do a ton of research before making a big purchase but due to a family crisis I was in need of some quick retail therapy. Warehouse Express was not prepared to allow me to upgrade my computer even though it was in the returns period. This was due to the fact that I switched it on. I understand that they are within their rights and I was in the wrong but I was hoping for ...

I recently bought a Sigma 70-300mm lens on 5th October from Warehouse Express, well when I say bought, I paid them the money but here I am on 22nd October no Lens and no refund. The delivery came on time within 2 days to my office, all good! but when I opened the Lens the lens cap was damaged - presumably a manufacturing issue (cant blame warehouse express for that). Contrary to what many other reviewers have said, I've had a quick, easy transaction with these guys.
I'd previously ordered the same lens from Jessops, and waited for two-and-a-half months for the goods to arrive. I enquired as to its whereabouts, but never heard back...
So I cancelled the order on Friday, and ordered from WarehouseExpress on the same day - the website said the goods were in stock, but I checked using the online chat feature.

In true WE style goods late, and one one occasion sent to other end of the country. Goods not always in stock as stated on web will never use again, yes a bit cheaper but after postage buy local less hassle or try speedgraphic they are a spot on service maybe WE could learn from them

I wouldn't recommend buying at Warehouse Express. The reasons are:
1.) They do not update stock info - the information on availability is not updated.
2.) They do not bother in replying to any customer query. E.g. I haven't received items after expected time, so I have asked them why is the delay. They replied that items are out of stock, but ... they didn't inform me about that fact at all before I asked. (2.5 days)
3.) I tried to cancel the order, but still I haven't receive any reply or confi ...

Was a bit nervous on ordering given the 50% rating but have to say that Warehouse Express delivered. I checked with them over the phone to ensure my choice was in stock which they confirmed. The operator was polite and concise with no attempt to squeeze more out of me. Overall a very pleasent experience and would order again.

Used the Warehouse Express online chat to check prices good response, then ordered items which were shown as in stock. Got a conformation e mail, then 2 hours later got an E mail telling me items were out of stock and that I had failed a secutity check and to E mail them a copy of proof of address!! I have never come across this anywhere from a retailer. Naturally I have cancelled my order and am now waiting for my money back. Warehouse Express Offered cheapest price (except one website about which I had seen complaints about the non-UK provenance of items). After I saw the negative reviews I phoned to check availability of the item I wanted before ordering. In stock and I placed the order by phone. Goods arrived on time and well packaged. No credit card hassles. You can get accessories far cheaper elsewhere though.

Offered the cheapest price (except one website about which I had heard problems with sub-standard goods) from my online research plus 'free' camera bag. I phoned to check if they had availability of the item I wanted after seeing negative reviews about Warehouse Express's online stock indicator. They had the item in stock so I ordered by phone. No credit card hassles and the camera arrived well packaged two days later as promised. Accessories (memory cards, batteries) didn't look well priced ...

Warehouse Express's products may be found at a lower cost from other online sellers. However, after reading extremely poor reviews of the competition, I decided to pay the price for peace of mind. I ordered at 4pm, the good arrived next morning. Pre-ordering, all my calls to customer service were answered (not the case for some of the cheaper retailers. IF they even offer a phone number!). Courteous, always helpful. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

No issue at all with this supplier. Goods were great value and delivered promptly at the chosen time right after a bank holiday. This was the first time I've used Warehouse Express and have no reason not to use them again. I had no contact with their customer services dept. so was not able to judge that so have given them an average rating of three stars; I'd prefer not to show anything when I cannot judge it but this review facility doesn't allow that option!

Warehouse Express was recommended to me by a friend, and I have nothing but good things to say here, I ordered a Canon 50D + Lens Kit on a Tuesday and they arrived (Offshore UK) on the Thursday,

I spoke to Customer Services before ordering RE: VAT, They where very helpful,I have nothing negative to say and have no worries recommending this company to friends.

NoT polite and asking me after having taking my money through Visa and security check a photocopy of my passport!!! I'm disabled and need to pay someone to get a photocopy, then to ask another to send to to that company. Happy me I found cheaper on Amazon and the delivery is fast. Never again I will buy from these Warehouse Express people.

after being let down badly by a couple of other retailers i went back to WE. put the order through, recieved an e-mail that it was despatched and all arrived when stated.
cannot say a bad word against them and would recommend them to anyone.

I made a purchase from warehouse express seeing the product coming to low stock from been out of stock. the next day I received the email stating its out of stock. ok I expected that could happen as it said on their site. I called cs and canceled the order. but on the website it still says low stocks. this is misleading & I think they doing this in order to get customer's credit card details.
