    Good Points: Price was great they chipped the price advertised on Ford Direct and sold me the same car £800 less, and delivered to my door. Excellent car not a scratch and got a Ford Direct Warranty.


    Bad Points: Had to speak to web guy first and tell him what I wanted then had to speak to guy at branch to go over it again.


    General comments: Was not clear that they were a normal Retail Ford Dealer and were simply buying in bulk from Ford Direct, think they are mistakenly hiding this fact thinking its a bad thing?? either that or they just assumed everybody already knew it! Had I know in advance I was just getting same car as I could have bought down the road at my local dealer but cheaper from them I would definately have made my decision quicker and bought sooner.

    Other than that my Focus purchase was a dream, excellent car and excellent service from Jennings Ford, very impressed. Would definately recomend buying online from Ford Direct again my first online experience was a good one. :-)
