    If u want anything for ur little baby, shop with IC Baby, absolutely wonderful service. We've been had by many dodgy internet sites, but Jane is a credit to online shopping. Great range of products, great prices, and super customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to shop elsewhere. I received much better service from IceBaby than I ever have with other companies

    If you need your faith in internet shopping restored - ICBaby is the place to shop. The phones are answered quickly (by a human), no waiting in a queue, email queries are answered within a short time, and you are kept informed of progress every step of the way.

    I have used www.icbaby.com 5 times now and have been delighted with the quality of service every time. My questions have been answered promptly, goods are delivered when promised - and in tip-top condition.

    Ordered few times from this shop. Each time small problem but got it solved quickly. You can call low cost number customer service with real person on the other end. Or you can send an email. I have tried both and was happy with quick response. Website need bit of update to have better pictures but customer service is good.

    Rang them up and the phone was answered immediately and the goods I wanted were in stock. Very helpful and was told that I would receive them the next day. Very satisfied with overall experience and would use them again.

    All round excellent service and telephone manner, and also very quick!

    ICBaby offer excellent, fast, next day delivery. Items are all sent separately, and everything was neatly packaged in a good secure box.

    Everything about ICBaby will restore your faith in internet shopping. We have ordered several goods from them. Upon ordering, we receive e-mails confirming delivery dates which were always met. Only once did we have to contact them regarding returning an item as it was not what we expected it to be. It was dealt with immediately. No messing about stating "this policy says......" and "that policy says......". They will always respond to your e-mails within minutes.
