Truly excellent customer service! Commign from someone who has called them for 5 serious problems - all sorted without any problems.(once you get past their automated press 1 for this, press 2 for that) Few problems with billing, just charges i didn't use (they didn't cap my data use, so instead of capping it at a £1, i used £8 worth. Went to South Africa, was told calling 150 was free from there (i was suspicious of this, but used it anyway). Got back and found id been charged £25. Called them up & they sorted BOTH OF THESE issues within 5mins and refunded me all of the money. Been with them for 18months on flex 25, renewed last week, upping my contract to flex 30. Can see myself sticking with them for a long time to come.

The customer service assistant was v.helpful but I had to convince her & her supervisor that the current Flext deal I had signed up for was currently £20 - £5 = £15 I did this by asking her to look at the T-Mobile website where it at stated this in pink & white. I also had it confirmed in an email IT SEEMS THAT T-MOBILE WERE UNAWARE OF THE DETAILS OF THEIR OWN OFFER!

Flext is a good monthly tariff to be on. T-mobile pay as you go text appeal is good too, with 3p texts! Only bad points are web and walk and non 01/02/mobile numbers aren't included. This means sometimes it's hard to know what you've spent/what you have left. Also no roll-overs, long contract for 18mths.

On Flext 20, 18 months nearly up and have to say considering I have been with T Mobile for donkey's years, tried many different plans over 12 and 18 months, this latest scheme is brilliant. It does exactly what it says on the tin, gives you the flexibilty to make calls or texts without fear of running out of credit. This seems to be the most generous offer I've seen from T Mobile for a long time. I will stay with T Mobile, upgrade phone next month and go for this offer again with hopefully anoth ...

Ive been using the T-mobile Flext plan since i switched to a contract phone in January, as after shopping around i decided this would be the best deal (as opposed to pay as you go, which i had always been on previously and to other networks deals). The Flext plan is really good as you can tailor how much you pay depending on the individual usage of the phone, the plan i am on is i pay £20 a month which gives me £60 Flext money to use on text messages, calls, Voice mail, pictures m ...

Had Flext 20, was led to believe free weekend calls as advertised on website, been back into t mobile shop and manager assured me he would get us free calls at weekends, I am still waiting for him to call me back from 3 weeks ago. Each time I phone customer service they tell me to go back to t mobile shop.

I have been on the flext 35 (18month) contract. It was originally £35 per month which has been reduced to £30 per month and for that I get £180 of credit to use, which I never do as I usually have credit left over, the credit doesn't roll over to the next month, it's usually a case of use it or loose it, but I think that is the case with most telephone companies now-a-days. I love the fact I am not restricted in the amount of calls or texts I use as the credit is just used as ...

I used to be on the U-fix £15 tariff but Flext 20 offered £33 per month allowance for £15 (special offer discounted from £20). It is good that you are not limited to how many minutes or texts you use within your allowance as the tariff varies accordingly. I haven't been able to use my full allowance as I don't make that many calls - I usually have over £25 left! It is a bit annoying that I am charged extra for sending a text to my brother in New Zealand when I am ...

I have now been on T mobile Flext almost a year now and previously on Orange pay as you go. Before Flext I would spend between 25 and 50 pound per month and would every so often be cut off due to lack of credit mid call. Although the top up was easy done over the phone taking about a minute it was starting to drag. On advice of colleagues over the amount I spent on calls per month (and my very dodgy phone) I decided to take the plunge and go for a contract. With this being new to me I went ...

Good if you use your phone a lot. If like me you don't, then I suggest you'd be better off with TESCO'S PAYG Extra tariff (must top up with min £15 per month). Call charges are less, 10 ppm anyone, and 5p txt, as opposed to Flext 20ppm and 10p txt. You do get £34 of calls/txts for £20 with flext, but if you don't use it all its not carried on to the following month (I was misled on that point by Phones4U!), whereas Tesco PAYG is. And I always have £20-£25 worth of ...

Before flex-t I was always going over my minutes with my previous provider and getting charged a fortune!!! Luckily for me I saw an add in a magazine offering the Flex-t 35 price plan with a discount so I only pay around £27 for it, for life!! great tariff unless anything better comes along when my contract is up I will definitely renew it, provided they have some better phones in 11 months time!

Isn't it just great that you don't have to fluff about anymore at the end of the month wondering whether or not you have gone over your quota of call minutes or texts. That's why I signed up for the T-Mobile Flext mobile phone tariff. You do what you want with your allowance. They give you so much to spend between your choice of calls, texts or MMS, and they even text you weekly to give you an update on how much you have left to play with. The Flext plan is an excellent concept!! ...
