    Good Points: Everything


    Bad Points: None


    General comments: I would like to say that my family (14 of us) had the best holiday in Orlando, Florida. To start with, the flight was amazing. The crew worked so hard, and they practically walked to America. They were so kind and caring to passengers who were bad flyers. It was so lovely to see they put themselves out that bit extra. There was one girl who we noticed more because she worked in our section. I am not allowed to say her name unfortunately, but she was like an angel. The crew were real people, and not the way you would imagine a typical flight crew to be.

    In Orlando the weather was fabulous, and the villa Travelcity organised for us was first class, as was the car hire.

    We are all going again in June. I highly recommend Travelcity holidays. You do not need to pay thousands. Save that money and go shopping in one of the many outlets!
