Courteous staff responded when a preference was mentioned and we were shown to the relevant part of the show area. They let me try a few cars until I found the one I wanted and then they waited for me to get my finances together whilst they gave my car an MOT and service. Customer service very bad, they do not say what they do, I purchased a expensive car and I was told my car was fixed 7 times which meant i had to visit them to pickup 7 times and still not fixed till this day, mechnics highly incompetent tell you they have fixed something then still not working. The whole experience was refreshing, no hassle, no pushy sales people, just a refreshing change. The one negative comment would be the trade in price for the car I was swapping, the resale value published on their website later was vastly higher than the price I was given. While I accept that there will always be a difference in the offered price and the resale price this figure was far greater than I would have predicted. We chose one that we thought was best with it being her first car. We decided on a ford fiesta. We must have been a nightmare. We arrived with no idea what car we wanted. The Salesman was extremely helpful and above all else patient! He fetched us the keys to 4 different models for us to look at, and we test drove 2. When we finally decided on a model, the Part Ex price was fine and we were able to haggle a decent deal. The price of the cars are overall ok and on par with other main dealers, the problem came when i got offered a rediculas price for my car. The dealer I purchased my car from had a car exactly the same as mine, Although mine was lower mileage, newer, with less owners and full history. However the price of this car was £4000 more than I was offered PX for mine. I know they need to make a profit but I think their margins are high. Totally agree I had similar incident with them after sales customer service very bad. the salesman was brill but then the tried to fob me off with damage problems with the car, How i see it is that they has verybad after sales and very bad mechanics I was never allowed to go into the garage at the back as I had problem that they said they have fixed but never did. im in the process of taking them to small cliams court.
