    Good Points: You can lose up to 450 calories in a workout.
    The fun and hip music keeps you moving.
    You're working your whole body.
    You feel high bursts of energy that it doesn't even feel like exercise.
    Its been clinically proven to lose more fat than pilates, gym, or running.
    It only takes a couple of weeks to see results.


    Bad Points: None. You don't starve, you eat and just Jam!
    You will be in the best health in your life, for people of all ages!!


    General comments: TurboJam is definitely going to change how we think of exercise. Its a combination of muscle-moving elite dance forms that are so easy. The beat goes easily with the music that you just feel more energy. I have lost 50 lbs and just getting into the routine was fun. It's cardiovascular, body-toning, and is combined with balance and kickbox moves, yet safe enough for all ages.
