I have used inter parcel twice now and both parcels where damaged, got a refund on the first one for £15 but they won't give me the £60 back that I've forked out for the other item. It was defiantly down to them that it was damaged as I have photographs of the item just before postage. Useless! (read more)

We always get quotes for parcel collection through the Interparcel website and generally Interparcel are the cheapest. However, on a couple of occasions TNT has worked out slightly cheaper so we've booked the collection with them (via the Interparcel website). On the occasions that we have used TNT, more often than not they're at least a day late collecting the parcel. Until now we have used Royal Mail, but their prices have increased so we looked for a company who could deliver our parcels at a better rate. Apart from being less expensive than Royal Mail, Interparcel deliver by the next day, whilst Royal Mail were delivering in 3-5 days. To send by Royal Mail we have to send a member of staff to the Post Office or the Sorting Office, but using Interparcel the parcels are collected from our own premises. (read more)

I rang to ask what was happening, and was told it had been picked up, in their vehicle and was on route, though I could still see it in front of me. I took a relatively small light parcel to my local PO send. This was a returned faulty item. I had to sit down with shock when they told me how much it would cost. I went on line and found interparcel, they had a local pick up point, and were much cheaper. The paperwork was easy to complete, and the person at the pick up point was very helpful. Many delivery companies would leave you all day home waiting for them to come either to deliver or to collect and with Interparcel, I did not to have to waist my whole day. Personally i feel the collection time window could be tighter, waiting in all day just in case the item was going to be collected was not very good. Sent clothing item for repair and return to India. There is not enough clarity in how the labels and declarations for insurance and customs should be done. We ended up paying Indian Customs Duty and Taxes which was more than the cost of sending the parcel. Would have been cheaper for the repair to be done locally. Customer service did not understand my questions AND I had to chase repeatedly for responses. They told me to get the refund from Indian Customs. (read more)

My parcel was picked up as agreed but arrived with the contents badly damaged, even though they had been packaged in a strong box and wrapped in bubble wrap. The parcel must have been dropped from a great height to attain this level of breakage. When I complained I was told that the contents were "prohibited" and nothing could be done although they apologised for the damage. I have complained twice and received no satisfaction at all.
