Good Points: They do answer the phone.

    Bad Points: Customer service.

General comments: I had 2 parcels collected on Monday with Interparcel, got routed to the wrong depot, was told it was on a train to the correct depot, Tuesday. Wednesday, still no parcel in the correct depot no one can find it now but will put on special delivery for b4 10am the next day. Still no parcel now they think it has been lost altogether. Well believe it or not but this box is 33kg and a two man lift!

Used Interparcel for 2 years with no problems (apart from one courier coming earlier than planned) however, today the have failed to collect two of my parcels via UPS! The time slot was 9-5pm. They have my mobile number but no calls were received. I will not use them again.

This is an update to my review of 2nd June 08, where InterParcel had only delivered 2 out of 3 packages - some two weeks after I sent them on a next-day delivery service...And one, containing an brand new 22" LCD screen was still missing. Well, surprise surprise, the brand new LCD went missing permanently! Lucky I'd paid InterParcel for an extra £500 insurance cover, I thought. Response from InterParcel: was along the lines of "So sorry we lost your precious goods; however - LCD screens ...

I recently used Interparcel to ship three large items back to London from an exhibition I ran in St Andrews, Scotland. I paid £120 for same day collection on Friday 23rd May, and next day Saturday delivery to my home. 10 days later and they have still only delivered one item and the other packages containing valuable equipment are still missing. The carrier appointed by Interparcel was TNT, and their failures are too numerous to describe in detail but the short form is as follows: 1. TN ...

I am currently moving from the UK to Germany and sent 11 moving boxes with DHL through Interparcel. DHL showed up on the day I had requested (28.05.08) at 10:45 am. I just received the message from the consignee that all boxes had been delivered today (30.05.08) at 8:30 am and seem to be undamaged. I haven't seen the boxes myself yet but I think I would use Interparcel and DHL again! Cheapest offer and really quick delivery.

They have lost a £700 parcel due to it going to the WRONG COUNTRY!br/>I do not find this is normal. This is super incompetence! When I complained, they try and say it's not their fault and is the shippers fault, but because they take money for a service aren't they legally bound to your item?

Interparcel were quick to blame DHL. Inspite of the fact that my contact details were on the package (as instructed) no-one from DHL or Interparcel contacted me to advise that additional information was required. When I contacted Customer Services in Interparcel I was given the wrong advice, and assurances that all was sorted. Inspite of the fact that they did make an effort and facilitated the sending of the additional information required, emphasising the urgent nature of the package, no-one i ...

Interparcel picked up my parcel up on 24th of February 2008 and up to today which is 18th of April 2008 and they never delivered the parcel! I have called, sent emails, sent recorded letters to them but they never ever came back to me. Paid for insurance and wanted to make a claim, I have been told again that they will come back to me but no one did and every single time that I called I have been told the same thing: I am so annoyed! The parcel that I have sent which contained present for my 2 m ...

Overall Interparcel is good value for money. I have sent approx 20 parcels in the last 5 months and have not had a problem yet. Excellent onsite tracking system. Delivery Labels can be downloaded but are also e-mailed too in case of any problems.

Interparcel's telephone line for customer services kept me waiting for at least 10 minutes before someone spoke to me. If anything goes wrong, long delays take place (and I mean long), because they refuse to do anything themselves and insist that it's DHL/Fedex/whoever's fault. Because they have to consult the courier companies rather than deal with the problem themselves, I have had a parcel sitting abroad awaiting delivery for over 2 weeks! DHL tells me that Interparcel should deal with the ...

InterParcel say pickup can be up to 5:30pm but there phone lines close at 5pm, so I couldn't sort out none pickup till next day, they even asked me to call DHL myself to see why it hadn't been picked up, but they cant help as the info I got from InterParcel was of no use to the DHL help line. Like i said before use Parcels2Go instead.

No one seems able to help if you cannot reach the person responsible and there is no-one available at a senior level unless you write to Interparcel by post! I had a problem (lost parcel, acknowledged both by DHL and Interparcel), the person responsible for dealing with the matter at Interparcel ignored my calls and emails - then denied to re-send them

The low prices are seductive but be beware. There seems to be no accountability at Interparcel to put problems right. I was told that someone was looking into the lost parcel problem, but they never contacted me. It was only after some difficulty that I got through to the right person at UPS (the carrier) and they in fact resolved it. I will pursue a refund and compensation from Interparcel they haven't offered any yet. Next time I will use the big name carriers directly, at least they are capab ...

First time user of Interparcel and very impressed. The Interparcel website allows you to choose between many different couriers such as DHL, Interlink, CityLink, ANC etc. You can enter your data once and it gives you all the different price options available from these couriers. Since Interparcel benefit from having accounts with all these companies you'll get a much better deal than if you go to the couriers direct. Fantastic value. a 3 foot x 2 foot x 1 foot parcel delivered from Newcastle ...

Arranged for a parcel to be collected on Wednesday and it was picked up on time and delivered first thing this morning. Tracked from the time it was picked up to the delivery point and I can see the signature as well. Done at a fraction of the carriers price direct. Cant knock the service at all and will recommend to anyone.

Using interparcel for quite long time. Happy with discount, price range, wide range couriers and possibility pay using PayPal. Have waisted few days waiting parcel to be collected. And after few facts decided to do not use service which call 'Interparcel' but actually it is UPS. If you are booking collection for Monday or Friday you have only 30% chance to see UPS (interparcel) driver in front of your door. All other courier services trough Interparcel works fine.

After waitng over two weeks for one item to be delivered they finally decided the item was lost but then told me it was a prohibited item so there was nothing they could do. Thanks for telling me three weeks after sending my parcel. Not only that it took three weeks of calls to get that far and not one person was willing to help except DHL themselves. Thanks for nothing.
