I booked a PM collection 3 days in advance with UPS via Interparcel. Took time off work & waited in but no collection so emailed customer service 5 minutes after deadline. Interparcel emailed back just before 1pm the following day advising the cut off time for re-booking had been missed so collection couldn't take place that day. UPS finally collected 2 days late. “useless parcel company”

I used UPS through interparcel. They had an issue with the delivery, the parcel ended up in the interparcel depot and they charge me 11 pounds 40 pence to return it to me. I didn't have a choice of delivery and if I din't pay it would be disposed within 7 days. “Poor customer service”

Booked for a signed UPS to deliver to America. Tracking all the way until it said Delivered and signed for by 'Front Door' In other words they just left it there. My customer said it hadn't arrived and I would suspect it was probably stolen. The Interparcel Customer Service said that in America it is quite ok for a courier to leave it by the front door in a 'safe place' and the fact I have had to reimburse the customer is not an Interparcel problem. “Cost me £1000s due to their neglect. ”

Using Interparcel is a false economy. By shipping through them you are taking away your ability to communicate with the designated courier directly. You have to rely on Interparcel to fight your corner and they simply cannot be bothered. The Interparcel response time is incredibly slow and painfully unhelpful. You can never get to speak to same person twice. “Failure to collect time critical parcel”

TNT failed to collect a parcel booked through Interparcel which was of a time critical nature. Inter parcel was extremely unhelpful and did not offer an acceptable solution. I run a small business and now cannot rely on Interparcel as an intermediary. I had no experience of sending parcels others than via the Post Ofiice which is now ridiculously expensive and just as inaccessible. For that reason I thought it sensible to book through an agent to make life easier and give myself some added protection. Interparcel have now finally agreed to refund, within the time scale I insisted on.

As for the parcel it is now en route store to store with Collect+ who have a surprisingly large number of collection points with long opening hours. For the inexpensive, non fragile items I want to ship they seem perfect. I looked at UPS first, but they were significantly less convenient both the ends, in terms of store locations. Door to door you can trust them.

“Change collection dates without notifying”

Very poor service from this company, i will now never use them again. I booked a parcel for collection today prior to the cut off time. I received a receipt from the website which i downloaded and printed. It clearly states that the collection date was the 11/02/2015 between 13:30 and 17:30. “Buyer beware Interparcel can hit you with unspecified...”

“Dreadful service, have lost my package”

I wish that I had booked directly with a courier firm. I didnt appreciate Interparcel was a broker. My exam papers for 12 people have been lost. A whole years work from 12 unemployed people who desperately want to pass their exam ... “Regret not booking directly with the courier”

Paid for the 1 to 4 business day service. They took 2 weeks to deliver. There was no notification on the documents I received or on their website that there was a cut off date for christmas for the service I was selecting. I complained and requested refund for the shipping (since their courier should be reimbursing them for the failure to deliver on time). No meaningful apology or refund. “The worst company I have dealt with”

I booked for a someday collect, next day delivery service via them however, my customer did not receive the parcel after four days! I have tried to chase them with a horrible customer support and on the fifth day, they confirm the delivery of the parcel. I demanded a compensation because I never received the service I paid for but even though, they refused to act. I got only cold sorry reply. Waste of time and money. “Three collections and three damages - very poor”

We were given the spiel about how they look after parcels and can ship cakes cos they're so good but it's a sham. We had 3 days of collections from them and they managed to damage items every day that they picked up, and these weren't just knocks, these were "dropped from a great height before being kicked across a room and ran over" damages. “Bully boys”

I used Interparcel to send an item which they managed to damage, make five missed return deliveries and then eventually lost. So I took them to court, they employed solicitors who called me an embarrassment, frivolous and a mischief maker. They also threatened to claim their 'reasonable' legal fees back if I didn't achieve judgment.
