    I bidded and won a large coffee table on ebay,knowing that local pick-up was impossible as I live in Cardiff and the table was in Manchester. I booked a City-link collection online through Interparcel for £29.99+VAT, and the table was picked up the following morning, and delivered to me the day after in immaculate condition. Thoroughly recommended!

    Wish I had googled them first before using :-(

    I see mixed reviews when going through which seems they provide a mixed service probably based on demand

    So having waited in all day and no driver turned up and then starting reading the FAQ's where they do not guarantee they will actually pick-up the package when you want but only gurantee that once it has been picked up (whenever that might be) then it will be 24 hours to deliver (or whatever service you paid for).

    Misleading - for me yes .... ...

    NEVER USE INTERPARCEL
    Booked a collection on Monday for Tuesday but nobody ever came to collect. Rang them on Wednesday and was told that it has been re-booked for Thursday. It's Friday today and parcel's still here. Rang twice but no response at all. Charge you in advance and you cannot do anything later on.

    DON'T USE INTERPARCEL!!!

    booked on saturday for parcel to be collected tuesday, guess what??? no one came to collect!!! phoned up around 3ish to see whether they were still coming that day to collect, was told to wait until 5 and if no one had arrived phone back to re-arrange collection, guess what?? their office was closed!!!!

    would rather have gone with royal mail even with the strikes!

    Utterly rubbish. Booked a collection before the designated cut-off time and as it was nearing the time of collections finishing I rang Interparcel. I was told that the collection could not be allocated to a driver in time! Why bother having a late cut off if you then fail to meet the collection request! Don't waste your time or money, you'd be better off going elsewhere.

    I think this has been the worst service I have ever used. They failed to collect the item on the date arranged, They then stated they had tried to deliver the item 4 times, despite someone being in everyday, and no notices being posted through the door, they still insist they tried 4 times!! On top of that, the item was damaged, and despite there being a standard insurance cover, they refuse to honour it!!
    Don't use them!!

    This is the level of service you get from Interparcel and this isn't the first time. I should've learnt the first time round. They are not worth the hassle.

    Read the email correspondence which ensued following my question 'where is my parcel'. It's actually laughable.

    And, BTW, if you didn't know, Europe is a big place. You learn something new every day, don't you.

    I have used Interparcel a couple of times and found the site easy to use. There are options to choose from that suited my needs. No problems

    Excellant service and always has the most competitive rates on the Internet! Interparcel have been around for many years and we use them a regular basis without any problems.It is a shame that people can't seem to understand that Interparcel dont actually deliver the parcel themselves and that if a parcel does get damaged (which i've never had any trouble!)then it is not Interparcels fault as they do not do the deliveries!!!!!     Rubbish, waited in all day and no driver turned up. Tried to call customer services went from position 19, 13, 6, 1 back to 9 - work that out. Customer services rubbish. Hopefully they will go out of business before long.

    Total rubbish, pay a bit extra and use someone decent. Wish you could add '0 star'

    Interparcel have lost one of our shipments and another one was seriously delayed because they did not ask for the full information. Their customer service agents, promise call backs and e-mails which do not occur, so you always end up calling them on their 0870 number. What's worse, when you send a shipment with them via a courier, you cannot then contact the courier itself, but you have to go through Interparcel and their useless "customer service"

    Avoid Interparcel at all costs.

    The tracking number, when I checked with their website, was not recognised.
    No Idea if the item has been delivered or not.
    I will use the more expensive but infinitely more reliable services of Clickaparcel, Parcel Monkey or Parcelforce in future.

    No receipt for parcel from driver, poor comms,

    LEGAL ACTION! ARE THEY FOR REAL?

    If there was an option to give 0 stars I would!

    Where to start? I used interparcel for about 1 year, sinply because the was no other alternative!

    I'd say 2 out of every 5 consignments got damaged in someway! Their claims process is so complicated its hardly worth the while!

    Now, as I am so sick of the damage occuring, I emailed them to say that we have found an alternative courier company (a local man who has a family run business) who will not damage our go ...

    Interparcel are a fantastic company! as long as you read the terms and conditions then everything will be fine.

    i have been using interparcel since they started back in 2006, and i do have to say they are fantastic, the customer service you recieve is brillient and as i said before aslong as you read the terms and conditions (as you should with any company) then there is no way anything can go wrong, it isnt all interparcels responsabilty when a customer hasn't read the terms and condition...

    We have used Interparcel on numerous occasions and have found their overall service the best. We have shipped all over the world with no problems, sometimes 2 or 3 parcels a day and certainly 5 or more per week for the past two months. I have read other unfavourable reviews and have not found this in any of our dealings. Secret is to pack well. We double box our books.

    I have used Interparcel for the best part of 4 or 5 years at a guess. They are not perfect but generally speaking, good value. That is unless you use the DHL option. I booked DHL via Interparcel to ship an expensive item to Italy. Insured to the max of £1000 but it was worth a lot more and knw it was a gamble. DHL sent it to IRELAND! When they finally traced it, promised to ship to Italy by express, guaranteed to be there within 2 days. 5 days later it had not arrived. Turns out the goons ...

    I booked to have an oven picked up to be delivered to me. They picked it up on monday. On friday it had not arrived so I phoned Interparcel to see what the problem was. The oven door had been smashed and I can;t claim because the door was glass. When I asked why no-one had contacted me , I was told The person who sold it had been contacted, But I was the one who paid for the delivery.     I had to ship a laptop from UK to France. Interparcel quoted £15 +VAT (others £38 - £54 +VAT)- no brainer!! Booked it late on Monday afternoon, specified pick-up any time after 10:30 the following day. DHL collected at 11:07 on Tues - & my daughter received it in Lyon on Thursday morning.
