Good Points: Well made pistol.Very quiet with the 14.6 inch .22 cal. barrel.Very good price.

Bad Points: The metal finish was was not what I would expect from the custom shop.

General comments: I had been considering purchasing a standard 2240 pistol until I came across the Crosman Custom Shop. For a very reasonable price one can get a very nice Co2 pistol. I went all out and got mine fully loaded. I went with the .22 cal for the extra knockdown power. The 14.6 inch barrel is long, but not unmanageable. It is perfect for shooting from a rest. The longer barrel also increases velocity and brings the report down to a whisper. The impact of the pellet creates more noise than the firing of the gun. The muzzle break looks great on this gun. I went with the long steel breech so that I can mount a scope in the future. It is not really needed though. I am happy with the LPA adjustable sights that I got with the gun. The trigger shoe helps when shooting the gun. The trigger alone is rather thin. The trigger is also adjustable for weight and overtravel. The standard plastic grips are cheap and look cheap, so I went with the cocobolo sportsman grips and am very pleased. They make the grip wider to accommodate larger hands. Finally the lasering on the gun adds a personalized touch. I have found it to be a very accurate gun. It is easily accurate enough to make precision shots at small game and pests. For the price, I doubt that you can find a better gun. If you bought a 2240 and outfitted it with aftermarket parts you would just end up with a similar gun at a higher cost.

My .22 caliber 2300KT from the Crosman Custom Shop was configured with: 10.1" barrel, RB walnut target grips, 2.5 x 30 pistol scope, long steel breech, a trigger shoe, and regular front sight instead of muzzle brake; the adjustable trigger spring and trigger stop are standard with the 2300 Series (both S and T have it--basically, the KT is the .22 caliber version of the 2300T, with a few more custom options). I also ordered the Model 1399 custom carbine stock (high impact plastic), separately. ...

I recently received my Crosman Custom 2300KT and it is pretty much maxed out for the 10 inch .22 barrel. The cost was just over $200 including the Williams sight, cocabollo target grips, long breach, silver shoe, silver muzzle plus some laser engraving. Took about three and a half weeks to arrive.

My interest was in general target shooting, bullseye practice and maybe air silhouette (IMHSA). So far, it is more accurate than I am but maybe that isn't saying much. The Williams sight is really ...

I visited the Crosman website and put together the 2300 custom air pistol. It is basically the 2240 pistol, but with many options.
One main advantage of this over the 2240 is that it comes with a steel breech (short or long, your choice) that has a 3/8" dovetail mount, so you can mount a scope or red dot without the old clumsy attachments needed for the 2240.
Second, you can choose either .177 or .22 caliber, and several barrel lengths starting at 7.5 inches. I chose a 10" .22 caliber barrel, ...

I recieved my Crosman Custom 2300 pistol from the Crosman Custom Shop last week. I ordered it in .22 cal with a 10.1 inch barrel, Cocobolo grips, long steel breach, scope, trigger shoe, and muzzle brake.

What a great looking gun. It came with a certificate of authenticity from Crosman. I have just field tested it and found it to be very accurate and deadly on tree squirrels up to 30 yards.
