Good Points: Flat cable
Bad Points: Heavy
General comments: This was my first venture into buying a high quality cable for my home cinema kit so I thought I'd read what the experts said and opt for one they recommended.
I used a normal cheap scart lead before which made the pictures on my HD ready LCD look ok but when using the QED lead I have to say the improvement is noticable if you really look for the difference. The colours are very bright and vivid which really brings out the pictures.
The black really looks black and the textures are easily visible. I can see Jose Morinho's wrinkles from a distance!
Not only has the picture improved but the sound is where I have noticed the biggest difference. The stereo sound is fantastic, quiet period in a film are quiet and you can really hear speech clearly without any feedback as is sometimes the case when you turn up the volume.
All in all I'm pleased with the purchase.
