Good Points: Looks durable to me with its strong-looking body. It's camera features are excellent with sharp picture products. It has soft touch keys.
Bad Points: Accessories not readily available in the market. Seems strange and new to phone dealers. I can't get it serviced in my country.
General comments: I am yet to use this (TCM) Tchibo mobile phone for over a year that I got it as a present from a friend in Germany. I can't make or receive a call on it if I put in the SIM. Every other feature in it works except dialling a number and or receiving a call. I have taken it to several service centres around my area, but nobody seem to understand the problem -- including a Chinese phone service centre.
It has remained with me as a souvenir than a handy phone ever after. Does anybody have the slightest idea about how I can rectify this problem?
