Good Points: Easy to follow. Seems too obvious when you know how but it was a good price and I can use it other areas of my life too.

Bad Points: It's a bit different so I didnt really understand what it was until a friend explained it.

General comments: Pikups Ltd Horse Riding Pack For Confidence Building - I lost my nerve riding a while back and have tried most products with no success. I've just recently seen these and started using them a month ago. They have really worked for me so I thought I would share it. I know how awful it is when your riding is suffering because of nerves. The products seem quite obvious but I followed what they said and did all the things I was told to and now I am back jumping again. I have to force myself to think positive but I am assured that it will come naturally eventually. There's a great diary on the website as well for the person that sells these. I do enjoy reading what she has been up to although more photos would be nice. These are not an instant fix but I don't believe that one exists. This is a really practical way to boost your own confidence and seems really logical. I've started using the same techniques at work and am thinking about buying these products for presentations - another thing that makes me nervous!
