I agree with the previous report the state of the toilets are to mildly say disgusting. A lot of people judge the hygeine of a restaurant from the clenliness of the toilets. If this is anything to go by you wouldn't eat here, however as we had come from London we decided to try it. The food was very average,(they wouldn't get away with it in London). The Mix grill tasted like it had been cooked previously and then reheated in the microwave when ordered. The staff are rude, very untrained and... (read more)

Have just come back from paprika. Open your eyes up wide and take a look at the corners, floor, chair cushions, surfaces, cutlery, toilets. Everything is just disgusting in there, I even convinced my 3 year old daughter to put a knot in it rather then use the toilets where the floor was covered in urine. The food was sloppy! We ordered a mixed sizler and it looked and tasted as if it had been microwaved!! Not worth 12 pounds for 7 pieces of sloppy tasteless meat. The last time i ate here... (read more)

The food used to be great but the chefs changed and its gone down hill i'm sad to say. We sent our food back the last time we went they broght back the same tomatoe soup with boiled chicken. We have have been going to paprika for the past few months and i have to say, the quality of the food is really good as well as the service.

carpets need a a change, but other than that its a great atmostphere for all the family.

My kids play in the play area while we we enjoy our meal.

There eat as much as you like is a great offer. especially if you like to eat a variety.

The food is is different to the normal curry houses. We like it and will continue to go there.

Had a couple of drinks with snacks from the "Tapas Menu". We did not get time to finish off our snacks as we had to rush back to London. Asked the Manager if we could have our snacks packed to take out. We were refused this service and was told notice was on the boared that this was not allowed even though I paid for them . May I point out this notice does not specify on the menu but on some wall!!!!
I guess the left over would just go to the next person who orders it and get re heated. (read more)

Terrible treatment, over priced. The all you can eat option is a on since they don' bring you anything and make you wait for so long you think you may as well go home - food was also really fake. Obviously full of MSG, other flavour enhancers and flavourings - my wife has been ill for 2 days since eating there and I felt like I had a hangover without drinking. (read more)

We were sold the 9.95 all you can eat option - I didn't want to eat much but opted for it as my husband wasn't allowed it if I didn't and it gave him an opportunity (or so we hoped) of trying lots of different dishes. They would only serve ONE plate to each of us at a time, and you then had to wait 20 minutes to order another. Ridiculous! I would never suggest this resturant to any friends or family. Because when I was there with my family we was treated like criminals, I had brought a drink for my daughter and as I sat down a person behind the bar came to us and said to us "There is camera's here if you drink it we will kick you out" Also we noticed he was looking at us just incase my daughter did drink it. Went to Paprika in Leicester with a group of about 10 (mostly girls). The food and atmosphere was decent enough. The service was very poor as it took them absolute ages to prepare the food. Most of the waiters were friendly enough, but one was rude to us and accused us of being drunk when we disputed the bill. They charged me for 2 extra drinks which I never ordered! I was left furious and we decided never to go there again. My complaint fell on deaf ears as it was never acknowledged. (read more)

I visited Paprika with family, and was very disappointed. It wasn't very busy, yet we had to wait a very long time for food to arrive, only to find they decided to bring our starters and our main course altogether? One of the best meals I had in this country.
Paprika in Leicester has a brilliant atmosphere. We go on a regular basis for the Tuesday buffet at £8 with music and the DJ on Fridays.

Paprika is a Bar/Restaurant with a children's play area and a separate bar section for the usual pub experience.

Went on a Monday evening with work colleagues, we seemed to be the only major party there (approx 8 of us) but for some reason the service and the length of time it took for the food to arrive was unacceptable in my opinion.
