    Good Points: Good Location between the cities of Guemar and El Oued.


    General comments: The Ritane Palace is a nice little hotel in between Guemar and El Oued.
    It is in the Northern Sahara, close to the Tunisian border (80kms from Tozeur, Tunisia). The Dunes are magnificent and the people are welcoming. Avoid visiting in the summer unless you can hadle heat. The scenery is really what desert is about with its oasis and huge blond sand dunes some dunes as high as hills.
    Well worth a visit to this region of Oued Souf.
