Good Points: Phone arrived quickly and I always got a response at customer services but more often than not what they said did not happen.

Bad Points: Lots and lots of problems trying to get my cashback cheques

General comments: It took over a year to get all my cash back cheques from Mobile Club 7 www.mobileclub7.com and after threatening them by letter, sent recorded delivery, to take them to the small claims court, I finally received a cheque for the complete amount.

I am having difficulty with cashback claim, despite them confirming receipt of my claim. I get the same reply every time I email them (they haven't answer their phones) saying they are processing my payment.

I will be using the small claims court to try and get my '£120 back

Ok folks, just a very quick note to inform all of you who are still "waiting" for their cashbacks. You may never receive it. I have IN THE END received mine after more than a year! But it was not because they kept their word on the cashback but because they had to due to a court claim against them.

my contract had finished in April 2006, i had received all 2 cashbacks, apart from the last one, which amounts up to 89.04*2, i have been i touch with them every month to get my cash back since April 2006, and i keep getting the same old story that we have a backlog, just recently i phoned them in August 07, i heard the backlog had finished and my cheque will be with me in one week, what a load of rubbish its is now Oct 07, i have been waiting a whole year, and 7months, i am really getting impat ...

Having difficulty obtaining the cash back from Mobile Club 7. Emails are not always replied to. I eventually spoke to their customer services, who said I should receive a cheque within 4 weeks, which, if received, will be 10 weeks late. They claim they are having problems with their accounts department!

I've had limited success getting my cashback from Mobile Club 7. For a start, in the year I've had a contract with them, they've changed the address you need to send your paperwork to twice. Needless to say, they didn't inform me.

You need to send everything by recorded delivery, and print out and keep the proof of delivery from the Royal Mail website. I then keep checking on a weekly basis with the online help system that they have received it. Once you get confirmation of this, print out and ...

I have now informed Watchdog about Mobile Club 7. If everyone else who's had the same experience filled in the watchdog form on the BBC website they might fight our corner for us. But they won't do anything unless they receive multiple issues with the same company.

I have not received my cashback dating back to January 2007, nor the one from May 2007. I am told each time I phone that my cashback has been authorised and that I will receive it in 2 weeks. I am considering legal action.

I have called the cashback redemption section and all they tell me week after week is that my cashback has been approved. However, their account department is having backlogs. As a result, I have to keep waiting for my cashback to be sent. Very weird and disgusting service. Spoke to a supervisor today and he could do nothing except tell me to wait another 20 days. It has been over 17 weeks and Mobile Club 7 and their affiliate, West Talk Corporate still have not honoured my cash back claims. I have spoken to Mobile Club customer service team and they informed me that my documents have been received on time and that my cash back has been approved. Rubbish, got my cashback from Mobile Club 7 after five months. After, my second cashback is still due, there terms indicate 28 days, would never recommend to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

I have written so many letters to Mobile Club 7 and their fraud counterpart West Talk Corporate and still I have not received my cashback. I have found that there is no means of contacting West Talk Corporate. I have called Mobile Club 7 so many times but yet I cannot get information on my cash back claim. Mobile Club 7 offers great deals on the internet. However, when you take any cash back deals they rip you off. They do not provide any form of assistant to enable you claim your cashback. As a matter of fact, they do not reply or acknowledge receipt of any of your mails. Also they do not give enough information to customers who wish to pursue cashback claims. Cash Back Promise and they do not. I sent in a Cash back request in Nov 2006 and still waiting for it in March 2007. You need to call a premium line no to contact them and they keep promising that the cash back will be done in 2 weeks. I am going to take this the Citizen Advice Bureau.
