    Andrews estate agent Charged me 32% of my rent to rent out my property,
    the tennants ran up £2900 of bills , broke the doors changed locks.
    Andrews response was that they were fully managing the property
    so none of it was their problem.
    One light switch changed cost £176
    they say they check the property every month.
    They refused to get place cleaned.
    When challanged they ae very rude and aggressive.
    fees stated 12%
    but they charged 32%
    rented the place for 8 months & charged for 12 and said they dont refund you.

    they send all papers to different places so they cannot produce anything when asked.
    rental stuuf to streatham , money goes to bristol,
    They are highly dis organised.

    Stay well clear!

    I had a terrible time with andrews estate agents. It started with the documents check, they wanted reference personally from my future employer and they dint accept my reference from the current employer nor did they accept my employment letter.They wanted my future employer to tell them how much they are going to pay me in the future.     I sold my flat through Andrews Estate Agents in Bristol (Whiteladies Branch) and they were excellent. They kept me well informed and I felt like they were actually honest with me(!).
    Any hitches with the sale and Andrews Estate Agents got right on to it and sorted it out.

    I am a potential buyer who was let down twice by Andrews Streatham failing to show at viewings. Each time they insist it is I who has got the time wrong. When this happened a 2nd time, the manager actually rang me later, was rude and offensive and said I probably wouldn't find anything I liked anyway. Then he hung up on me. Is this really the way Andrews expects it's MANAGERS to treat buyers? Especially in the current climate.

    My partner has recently rented her house using the Swindon agency to find tenants and arrange contracts. They promised a fair valuation would be advertised and expected a quick uptake.     Andrews Estate Agents showed me the wrong garden with the flat I bought 3 times. The garden I did in fact own was a tiny bit of wasteland.
    I went through with the sale and only found out that they had sold me the wrong garden when I'd spent a weekend gardening in someone else's garden and the tenants knocked on my door.

    I would certainly not recommend this estate agency to anybody and I find that renting a property with Andrews Estate Agency was a complete waste of money.

    Even after we had given the agents notice as we were "sacking" them they still made no effort what so ever to get a few viewers in the door.

    I had lots of problems with Andrews Estate Agents. Basically, they don't seem to care about the buyer. I am not sure about the seller. They never give feedback to the buyer!
