Good Points: One individual member of staff was very good. He left.
General comments: Taylors Estate Agents were OK but not great, I wouldn't purchase a house that was being sold through them again. Not very proactive in processing the sale (although they started off very well) - it seemed to be us asking them to ask questions, & contact the vendor direct since the Solicitor was 'unavailable' for nearly seven weeks. They weren't very active in wanting to complete the sale which surprises me. They do eventually return calls to be fair but I was never entirely confident that they were in control of what was going on - or even aware of the latest position (or even of the existence of joint vendors for the property). I have to say that I was warned about using Taylors by work colleagues but ignored the warnings.

The whole process from beginning to end was poor. Pictures taken with curtains drawn not put on the internet for two weeks. Sending people round to view a property that they are just not interested in due to area!!!!!

All I can say is absolutely fantastic, and worth every penny! They say you pay for quality, and that goes for Taylors Estate Agents. The young dynamic negotiator was so professional, and he really knew what he was talking about! Brilliant.
