    Good Points: Excellent customer service Reliable shipping Very good prices

    Bad Points: They were a day late, but they got it to me first thing the next morning.

    General comments: I needed to send a package to Hong Kong for immediate delivery. I phoned around and got quotes from Fed Ex and DHL for around £800 for 3 day delivery (the soonest possible on offer). SBS Worldwide offered a 2 day service for half the price. I was able to get assurance through direct contact with customer service through the entire shipping process.
