I found this Asda Child Trust Fund to be awful, I`m in the process of looking for a new one as in the past 2 years my daughter`s trust fund has decreased by around £200 per year, at this rate there`ll be nothing left when she`s 18! (read more)

Asda only seem to offer a Stakeholder fund which grows or shrinks with the stockmarket. There isn't any interest until the kid reaches 13, so I fail to understand you comment re. competitive interest rates?
