    Ordered a headboard November 4th, told it would take up to six weeks to deliver. After 5 weeks I rang them to find out what was happening. I was then told it would not be ready until January 4th as the materials didn't reach the british safety standard. I then cancelled the order and guess what? I am still waiting for the refund 7 days later. Funny how it leaves your account instantly when you buy something. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

    My item was far better than described. I really loved it and it was terrific value for money. Next Day delivery too - you can't say fairer than that!

    I was expecting this to take a week or two longer, yet a custom-sized mattress arrived in less than 4 days. Excellent product and speed of delivery.

    Purchased an adjustable Dunlopillo bed from Bedstar which developed a fault in the mechanism resulting in a loud noise being created when the bed was adjusted. Although initially Bedstar dealt with the issue by contacting Dunlopillo, the problem has not been resolved and Bedstar appear unable or unwilling to resolve the issue leaving me with a faulty bed.

    I am now just about to sue them. AVOID at all costs!!!

    Fantastic service. Delivered next day, at time arranged, price matched with no quibbles, just absolutely sterling customer relations and products, cannot fault Bedstar on anything!

    Fantastic service from Bedstar. Prompt delivery good communication through email informing me of status of order. Ordered the bed on bank holiday monday and I recieved the bed by the wednesday. Bed came in good condition, and ease of instructions to put together. Overall I would recommend this website to anyone who is looking for a bed. The only negative I could say that delivery costs were expensive but this outwayed service and quality of goods I recieved.

    I would just like to say thank you to Bedstar for such prompt service. I had no problems with ordering, no long wait and efficient on time delivery. I am very pleased with the bedhead I bought and I had fitted it within 30 minutes of it being delivered. Many thanks for your excellent service.

    Very pleased with the service from Bedstar. Delivered well within the four week notice period. Looked on web site informed delivery would be next day between 7am and 12 noon. Both delivered 7am on the dot!! Staff very helpful when trying to make decision. Overall very very pleased. Mattress also very comfortable.

    I viewed the item i wanted from Bedstar, ordered online, very easy system, i then chosse the delivery day, i choose the next day, it arrived the next day and it was in perfect condition, The matress was covered and then wrapped again, then in a cardboard box, The delivery driver was also very nice. Overall i honestly cant fault the company at all, service and goods were all excellant!!! Thank you so much, i will recommend you to friends and family!!!

    I ordered a mattress (orthapaedic, v good) through Bedstar and everything - from the initial process onwards - was fantastic. Prompt, let you know what's going on with your order - and (to my surprise) actually deliver when they say they're going to.

    I would like to compliment all at Bedstar and their couriers for the excellent service given. I ordered a bed (Dreamworks Kobe) late on Friday afternoon and was sleeping in it on Tuesday evening! Just 2 working days later! And despite 8" of snow here in Hampshire! It was beautifully made and finished, and the assembly was child's play as the instructions were so good. Many thanks to all involved. I wish all my on-line experiences had been like this one.

    A quick easy friendly phone call to order.free next day delivery .Half price to other shops and excellent quality.
    I bought the cushion spring and foam matress for my 6 year old daughter who for the first time in weeks slept all night in her own bed due to the comfort,

    I will be recommended Bedstar to people,buying a matress has never been so easy ,you wont be diappointed with the quality

    We had been let down by another company on a new bed which was supposed to be delivered by Saturday, this was Friday afternoon. By chance, I googled the make/name of the bed and found it on Bedstar website and in stock.

    I called to make sure and was assisted by two very helpful gentlemen in the sales centre. They checked bed was in stock and that they could get it so us by the following day.
    This was important as a birthday present for my daughter.

    After phoning Bedstar.co.uk and requesting advice on my mattress I decided to go with a recommended one. I was not too sure at first if I would be completely happy with the mattress. But after receiving my new mattress I was completely pleased with my first night sleep. After having suffered from lack of sleep for many yeas its great that I can finally relax and have a perfect night sleep.     I ordered a mattress and cover from the Bedstar website. Both items were delivered within 24 hours by the courier, and arrived well packaged. I was impressed by the speed of delivery and ease of ordering, also the prices were extremely competitive, and the choice was extensive. From my experience I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

    Item ordered had been damaged in warehouse and could not be dispatched so could not meet delivery date which I had booked off work. They had debited the money already so I'm unable to order another item for a few days.

    Overall very disappointed with level of service
