I can only say i was very impressed with the well imformed sales guy i spoke to who even remembered when my last bed was first produced!! My mattress delivery has been cancelled twice now. I have taken time off work without pay to wait in for deliveries that didn't arrive, this has cost me money. My guests are due today and I have just been told, again, that the mattress is not going to be delivered. They hope to have it with me tomorrow at the earliest, requiring me to wait in again despite having plans to take my guests out. A great bed frame bought in February but on unpacking we found the headboard was damaged. We telephoned, emailed, sent photos of the damage. Eventually in May the damaged one was collected BUT we still await a new headboard so have a sloping bed and no bedhead. (read more)

I bought this item a few weeks back because I have had problems with a bad back for the last few months due to a sporting injury, and now have to see a chiropractor and take painkillers. I used to wake up with my back feeling very sore with my previous mattress, but since purchasing this mattress I am definitely feeling the benefits; it is very comfortable yet very firm and gives excellent support to the back, so would definitely recommend. Cheapest offer online that I could find. The headboard was as seen in the photograph and looks very nice with my new bed. Delivery was on time and arrived securely boxed, bit tricky to fit but once i realised the holes for the bolts were hidden under the fabric of the bed it got a lot simpler! Ordered bed on-line for a saturday delivery, spent all day in with nothing turning up. After multiply attempts to call them on monday morning finally got though to be told they didn't deliver because the bed was damaged. OK fair enough but why couldn't they call me and say that.. no reply to that... Delivery rearranged, a weekday this time, no confirmation the night before like i was told I would get. Ok, we have had a wondeful sleepeezee divan 4 draw bed for years, still in excellent condition. So having seen Bedstar website called them in summer of 2012. I ordered a bed that I later found cheaper on the tesco website - filled out the price match promise form on website but no reply or price match happened. When I received the order on friday no slats were included therefore bed couldn't be assembled but without an alternative bed to sleep in I brought some wood to act as slats until the actual slats arrived. These aren't the only company that are guilty of this. Advertising beds that come from the manufacturer, take your money then inform you that there is no stock even though they show there is in the site. Even took an extra £60 for a Saturday delivery in Scotland. I'm £1000 down from two companies now. Quick to take your money. Bet the refund won't be. (read more)

Ordered two chests of drawers mid Nov as a Xmas present. At 7th Jan they delivered smashed drawers. Four (4)) times they have scheduled a replacement delivery but all have been no show, with my working daughter and son inlaw arranging to receive.
