The tree was easy to put together but for a woman to lift it would be a little heavy,it's really a very pretty tree when you get it up, the only bad part was the the plastic tips of the tree break off really easy. This is the first time putting it, I hope next year I don't loose anymore pieces six broke this year. It's a beautiful tree when you finish, just not sure if I would spend that kind of money on a tree like that ever again. (read more)

This tree looks good out of the box...but it smells. The "plasticky" smell was overwhelming. So after a few days we returned it. (read more)

This prelit tree is awful!!! Large sections not lit the first time I plugged it in. I bought one of the "Fix It" guns for $25.00 and that could not find the problem. Very frustrating trying to remove bad strands to replace. I finally gave up, put it in a closet and got out my old tree. If you buy one of these trees, get plenty of extra strands and blubs and start EARLY!!! (read more)

We brought our Santa's Own Prelighted Tree back to Lighthouse where we purchased it, and had to pay to have it fixed. The next year...same thing again! This year it is completely done for. It can't be fixed. The wires are fried and the bulbs are blackened as a result...so changing all of the bulbs can't fix it. ALL that money for a few years of a beutiful tree...And this was a 10' thousand dollar tree that we thought we'd have forever. You be the judge if that's worth it to you. (read more)

This is about the 5th year we have owned this tree and we have two sections of lights out. We took it back to Lighthouse where we purchased it and they supposedly fixed it. When we got it home, one of the sections was still not working. In my opinion, This tree we purchased is of POOR QUALITY!. (read more)

I purchased a Santa's Own Tree. I took it home and found the tree was very easy to set up. The branches just folded down, and the quality of the tree is unsurpassed. Needless to say it is the highlight of the room. We liked it so well we bought two more styles of Santa's Own trees for other rooms, and they all do what we expected. (read more)
