    Good Points: None


    General comments: At the time I booked my holiday with Design Holidays, they gave me "all" details regarding booking terms and conditions, including payment options, insurance, etc., but "forgot" to mention that all and any deposits are 100% non-refundable irrespective of time and reason for cancellation! Looks like they would normally include a one-pager email attachment that says so but in my case, omitted to send it. The only mention in the terms and conditions that they did send of cancellation was that cancellation charges will only be recoverable through holiday insurance! But no mention of the magic word "non-refundable"!!!! And when I had to cancel due to circumstances beyond my control, they refused to refund even a penny of a £1,200 deposit!!!

    We have used Design Holidays for La Manga on several occasions and found them fantastic. I think they have the largest selection of accommodation with over 300 private villas.

    We have travelled now with Design Holidays 6 times and if you are looking for expert travel advice at the most competitive prices for some of the world's best resorts : La Manga Club, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Sheraton Algarve, Vila Vita, Forte Village, Chia Laguna, Mallorca, South Africa - try them out!
