Good Points: Cooks fabulously - roast, stew, baked items etc. Obviously cheaper than having an oven on just for a stew.

Bad Points: Documentation/instructions. Cleaning. Temperature comparison to ovens.

General comments: Overall I am very pleased with the Bravoska although when I took it out of the box was disappointed with the build quality (eg what appeared to be a cheap plastic insulating tray) and the instructions which are at best in poor English and not at all clear. As it's marketed as an alternative to an oven, I was expecting degree temperatures, not just numbers 1-10 and the documentation isn't at all helpful in working out what temp to use for casseroles vs cakes etc. Given this is not a cheap product, proper instructions should not be beyond the wit of man to provide. A separarator/rack would also be useful to maximise cooking opportunity. having said all of the above, after trial and error am now happy with it and will use on a regular basis as I bought due to the high cost of having an oven on for one item in portugal (where I live)

I thought from the advertising that this cooker was going to be very useful and versatile. The main drawback I have found - although the advertisement states it has 10 heat settings from 60degC - 260degC the actual product leaflet (not helpfully translated) states "Max. temperature of electrical pan is limited by 210 degC." The oven temperature does not seem to be constant and it's difficult to know when the unit has reached the correct temperature and to work out cooking times. The temperature ...

I was looking for a Remoska and then I found Bravoska. I then bought a Bravoska mini oven. It was cheaper and more functional. This is a similar product to the Remoska, but I could see more uses for it. It is more versatile, and a much more modern product. The Bravoska is stylish, and it is available in three colours and two sizes. The best point is that not only can you use it like an oven, but also like a pan. How simple! And also, what a perfect idea. Have it positioned normally as in the ove ...

The Bravo Bravoska mini oven is like the Remoska and similar to their Grand version. Also imported from the Czech Republic. The regulator is very useful as you can set the temperature, and the heat source can be positioned on top or below depending on what you are cooking. Cheap to run, and the price is very good - £64.99 on eBay. I have only had it a month and have used it constantly. I would recommend it to anyone.
