    Good Points: It's Banff.
    Nice people and staff.
    Canadians.
    Snow.
    Cheap board/ski hire.
    Elk burgers (yes 'elk' as in the indigenous deer type animal).


    Bad Points: Travelling with Air Canada.
    Beer is expensive.


    General comments: I just wanted to write about Banff. The location is great, inside the national park with 3 ski areas included in the lift pass. Lots of good restaurants and bars, particularly Melissa's Missteak for breakfast. The people in Banff all seem like minded, alturistic, fun loving and pretty happy to be there. I never once felt that I was being ripped off. The skiing season is the low season in Banff so it's never overcrowded on or off the slopes. Oh and Banf Park Lodge is a great place to stay.
    It's such a shame that as an ambassador, Air Canada gave such a bad impression of their country and people. Canada and Canadians are warm, friendly, helpful, happy and just, well normal really, quite the opposite to what you experience on Air Canada.
