Unfortunately, I could not agree with you more. My experience has been the same with 90,000 miles on a Town & Country. I have had to be "the squeeky wheel" on many occasions in order to receive standards of service typical from other manufacturers. I am now replacing the vehicle and will not consider the Chrysler or Dodge products.
