Good Points: It's cheap and fairly compact.
Bad Points: One of the software "upgrades" seemed to "break" the system. After a number of installs, re-installs, clean installs and Admin installs, the scanner still doesn't work. HP is totally unresponsive. It's also an ink hog.
General comments: If you only want a cheap printer, I suppose it works, but after 15 years of owning HP printers in numerous models, I've noticed the quality sliding and support response lacking. I'm replacing this machine with a Brother or a Canon.

Ink dried up in the second month. [Black] HP ink is too costly for the Indian market. Print quality and speed OK for home use.

I am very pleased with my HP PSC 1410 multifunction printer. It is very easy to use, and the buttons are neatly laid out and logical. Colour Performance is excellent on all medias inc. Photo's and CD labels etc. The speed is very acceptable. What value for money!! £59 for a printer/Scanner/Copier and that includes 2 fully tanked ink cartridges (worth £30).
