    Good Points: Looks WWII ish, light weight, fun to shoot, most are powerful for thier 350 speed. Some have weakened systems and not as much punch power!


    Bad Points: Finding mags is extremely difficult...I just paid $60.00 on ebay for one but bought the one before this for $10.00! The gun looses about 30% of it's appeal without the mag. They just got lost and when people saw them away from the gun, they didn't know what they were!


    General comments: I have 6 complete Crosman M-1 Carbine rifles and 3 without mags...need I say more!!

    I found this piece used and beat up at a gun show and bought it for ten bucks. With the original pseudo magazine. Best deal I ever made. A good cleaning and oiling and it performs as advertised. Some polishing still to go but it works well. The poppet valve is flawless and the little rifle is pretty accurate as well as being fun to shoot. Very quiet too. Extremely so. If you plan to hunt anything with it, keep your expectations and your target small. And use lead Gamo ball ammo instead ...

    The Crosman M-1 Carbine is an authentic looking copy of the famous M-1 .30 cal. Carbine except it fires BB's. They were made from 1966-1976. For the first 2 years only the gun was made with a real wood stock. From 1968-1976 the guns came with a plastic stock. The power plant comes from the Crosman V-350 which was named for the velocity that the gun shot BB's at, 350 fps. The Carbine is a push barrel spring piston gun.
