    Baumatic service is awful! Our freezer hasn't worked properly for 6 months. First of they send the wrong parts. Then they can't get the parts.
    Service engineer was a nightmare making excuses. Service centre is pathetic. No one seems capable of making proper customer service decisions.

    Shocking service. Stay away. M33 3DZ.

    baumatic B22/8A FRIDGE FREEZER .
    Quality of the plastic shelves and basket fronts is very poor all of them have cracked or broken and are either very difficult to obtain or extremely expensive to replace.and the baumatic customer advice team just ignore my emails.

    This is by far the worst fridge I have ever had in my life (and I had many). After only 1 year and a half, I manage to break the bottle rack, the fridge drawer and the freezer basket. Not that I am especially careless but the plastic seems to get cracky with the cold... Even the rails of the shelfs are damaged. I am now struggling to find spare parts over the web. Sent an Email to Baumatic support, they did not even replied.

    This is my second review on a Baumatic appliance, the other one is not very complimentary either. Two out of six appliances in a new installation were faulty!! I'd also like to add that I'd never felt strongly enough about anything to write a review until I moved into a flat with Baumatic appliances!!!
