Good Points: Small and compact - decent departure lounge.
Bad Points: Appalling and disorganized customs hall.
General comments: On arrival in Kingston, I stood in the nothing to declare luggage queue for 2 1/2 hours. There were 3 airport workers trying to clear over 400 people. People were trying to jump the queues and it was total disorganization.
The first impression of Jamaica was poor.
