This dishwasher has been awful right from the beginning of ownership. Currys were really unhelpful and would not take it back It has lasted in a second home just over two and a half years Cutlery tray too small Plate area only fits slender plates Top shelf designed for tea cups Avoid at all costs if there was a minus score this would deserve it Hoover's attitude is also awful would never by from them again They suggested that I pay them extra to supply a full size cutlery basket They... I'm wondering if I have the same dishwasher as the people who wrote negative reviews on here. HFI 3015, check. Well, obviously I have been one of the "lucky" ones (or maybe more people take the time to write reviews when they've had a bad experience, who knows?). I have just moved in to a new home which we have completely renovated and refurbished, including a glittering new kitchen. Ignore the very few people who have been incredibly lucky at getting this product and say it works. The majority say exactly the same thing and that can be for one simple reason, it's TRUE! The dishes do not wash! It is entirely a waste of money, spend a bit more and make sure you do your homework. Awful awful machine!!! (read more)

I totally agree with all these comments. Cant believe it can be so bad. Have to wash dishes at least twice and glasses just dont wash at all

I purchased this HFI3015 as an integrated machine.
Upon delivery I found that there were no fittings supplied for my false drawer unit. It only had the fittings for a cupboard door.
I phoned and they agreed to send me the kit free of charge. They sent the wrong kit and then wanted £14.05 for the correct one. When placing the order the cost went up to £30! I complained bitterly so they took 35% off.
The kit arrived. It consisted of 2 10mm clips and two 50mm steel angle brackets. I could not... (read more)

“81/2" breakfast plates when placed in the bottom...”

81/2" breakfast plates when placed in the bottom basket prevent jets from spinning and dishes constantly come out unwashed.
disigner did not give plate sizes much consideration.after years of being frustrated by the poor quality washes,i decided to take matterers into my own hands,i placed cable ties on on the extreme right and left of the bottom basket to prevent plates from going down too far,worked a treat. Hoover HF13015 Dishwasher
If I could give this appliance a less than 1 star i would for the following reasons:-

Design:The clips that hold the upper tray keep unclipping thus allowing the whole tray to tip forward when pulled out.

Both spinners block, the rear tube connecting both spinners blocks, the door leaks puckering the work top. It might wash the top but not the bottom tray. The soap dispenser does not clear.

The Hoover HFI3015 diswasher itself is fine, it washes well, although I do use rinseaid in addition to ALL in 1 tablets to get everything dry and the top draw can be moved up (and down) to accomdate larger plates as well as loads of pans in the bottom section. The cutlery basket is too small but apart from that it does a good job

My big complaint is this is supposed to be an integrated dishwasher but it only comes with the kit to mount a single door face not a door and draw combination. It... (read more)

I was nearly put off here by the previous comments on the Hoover HFI3015 on the size of plates it will wash. This is WRONG! the space inside is cavenous and will easily accomodate a fying pan on its side! I am so chuffed we picked this product. The plates are gleaming and you can fit larger cutlery in if you take off the lid to the carrier. I am sure people do not read the instructions first. The top basket is adjustable and even that would take a reasonble size plate.

My Hoover HFI3015 dishwasher was delivered very efficiently, and on a Saturday. I paid the "man" to install it, and I prepared to use it after an evening meal. I tried to load dinner plates (11" diameter - standard high street fare) and it was impossible! The plates just fall over. The pictures in the manual show dinner plates stacked perfectly in both top and lower trays, but these can not be larger than 9", as the top tray will not close.
