Good Points: Well designed and thought trough. Many adjustable and removable features which far outway the Whirlpool which lasted just under 3 years and was no where as big as this one.
    Well done Hoover.

Bad Points: Non so far although some of the programming may take a double reading before you get used to it.

General comments: I was nearly put off here by the previous comments on the Hoover HFI3015 on the size of plates it will wash. This is WRONG! the space inside is cavenous and will easily accomodate a fying pan on its side! I am so chuffed we picked this product. The plates are gleaming and you can fit larger cutlery in if you take off the lid to the carrier. I am sure people do not read the instructions first. The top basket is adjustable and even that would take a reasonble size plate.
The unit also had a nifty device to raise the middle rear leg to get the unit level. This allows you to level the unit in-situ.

My Hoover HFI3015 dishwasher was delivered very efficiently, and on a Saturday. I paid the "man" to install it, and I prepared to use it after an evening meal. I tried to load dinner plates (11" diameter - standard high street fare) and it was impossible! The plates just fall over. The pictures in the manual show dinner plates stacked perfectly in both top and lower trays, but these can not be larger than 9", as the top tray will not close. Also, the slots in the cutlery basket are too small.
