Good Points: Our first dishwasher
Bad Points: Dishes not washed properly despite following the manual to the letter and trying various detergents. Also our dinner plates don't fit in so we are now eating from sideplates.
General comments: Hoover HFI3015 is not as good as I expected see bad points

My Hoover HFI3015 dishwasher was delivered very efficiently, and on a Saturday. I paid the "man" to install it, and I prepared to use it after an evening meal. I tried to load dinner plates (11" diameter - standard high street fare) and it was impossible! The plates just fall over. The pictures in the manual show dinner plates stacked perfectly in both top and lower trays, but these can not be larger than 9", as the top tray will not close. Also, the slots in the cutlery basket are too small.
