The on-line system is easy to use, but it does not explain that you need a new sim to replace the old one, that your number will remain the same, or that the existing contract will cease on registration of the new sim. I've no complaints. I really like it when I'm close to my limit. Because sometimes it's good to split bill in 2 payments. The only thing that I wished is that I should of had a lot more sms, cause I was always going over my limit on my last contract. I like the the way you can swap your tv package to have or have not sky entertainment or movies. I'm always saying to my family that I get a good service from Talk Talk. Nearly out of my contract, and cannot wait! Talktalk are terrible! Only bonus with them is that if they confirm downtime, they credit, but to be fair, after being with them for 2 years, it is probably the norm now! You only get to speak to a native brit when you kick off, which is annoying as a simple inquiry or detail change is a laborious effort, usually resulting in being passed around, and eventually hung up on!… Read Full Review

I originally ordered a micro SIM by mistake and had corrected it by phoning for a standard one, which amazingly came in 24hrs. When I came to start up my new phone, the day before my new contract started, I found it really did need a micro and how would I be able to get a replacement in time. I phoned Customer Services and the young lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. “40 minutes call!”

This is the worst service I have ever used!! I called talk talk to order our free sim that we were entitled too. We had been on the phone for 40 minutes and passed to 4 different departments. While on hold AGAIN we managed to order the sim online ourselves and when we spoke to advisor we explained that we had done it he total ignored us and continued to be put on hold!
