“Rushed from start to finish - poor customer service”

The venue itself was on the whole lovely as was the food quality. However we felt rushed from start to finish and the customer service from the wedding co-ordinator is appaling. Rushing was the theme of the day and some guests had drinks and food taken away before they were finished. The evening buffet was meant to be out for 90 minutes from 9-10.30pm. Rogerthorpe really pulled out the stops to give us the best day of our life. The wedding co-ordinator, Amy Wood, was outstanding and helped so much in the run up and on the day. The venue is beautiful with a lovely location and the hotel and function rooms are lovely.
