    This nail varnish really does set as quickly as it says. I did two coats and was surprised at how long it lasted on my fingernails. It's also very easy to apply as normally I tend to end up with streaky or patchy varnish, but not with this one. The product also keeps well as I've had the same bottle for at least a year and it's still fine.

    Maybelline Express does dry very quickly, which was the reason I dashed out and bought it, and one coat was enough to see me through my meeting. However, by mid-afternoon it had chipped and looked like I'd been doing a few hours of housework!

    Good bargain-buy for emergencies only, unless you don't mind frequent touch-ups!

    Like most inexpensive nail polishes, the Maybelline Express nail polish chips easily, but otherwise I would say this is a very nice product. I did not experience the same problem as the above reviewer, although once the nail polish was older it no longer spread easily. I would say my favorite nail polish is Sally Hansen, because it has a smoother consistency, but this is a close second choice.

    Over the last several months I have tried Maybelline Express and have been not been satisfied. Each time, bubbles appear as it dries. I have tried with and without base coat. No other brand of nail polish that I have bought in the same store has done this.
