Good Points: Not worth it even it were free!!!
Bad Points: Horrible in every way!!!
General comments: I was in London for two months and bought a Vodafone with a 10 pound freedom pack. It took me 3 days to top up after my pack expired. It was a nightmare registering my phone, and then, after 2 days of trying, they could not take my US credit or debit card over the phone because their "system" only processes UK cards! I've never heard of such a thing. I has to go to the store and but a voucher to top off. Their website is routinely broken as well. 4 days after finally buying another 10 pound freedom pack, I dialed a number and a message said my credit was running low and I need to top off again! The minute feature on the phone says I have 86 minutes left... I called customer service and the lady said I need to speak to some department and that it would cost 35 pence for me to do so. She said if I don't want to pay the 35p I need to go to a store to fix the problem. Also, my 20 pound Vodafone brand phone is terrible. I have 6 numbers saved on the SIM card and it says the SIM card is full. The sound quality on the phone is also awful. It has a funny echo and it it very difficult to hear.

I purchased a Nokia N97 over the Web based order,system. The phone arrived- although I'm told it never got dispatched.It arrived needing the sim registered, that took 55mins to do as I was passed form operator to operator, then the phone packed up, a further 30 mins to return it, and I have returned it under the 7 days.Vodafone customer services is so so so poor and they have a real can't be bothered attitude, so I cant be bothered in putting up with there nonsense and keeping me holding on ther ...

I have been with vodafone for almost 4 years and have had nothing but frustration and anger towards them. I could list the countless problems and mistakes which they have made, which has left me out of pocket numerous times, but the list really is too large. At the minute they owe me £60 which I can't get from them. The customer service is unbelievably BAD! Coming to the end of my contract having been with Vodaphone for years, ordered for early upgrade, wish l hadnt reordered three twice kept screwing up order. Dire customer service generally if you can get through, cant sort out the problem cancelled the order but they seem to think its on order but delayed!? If it wasnt for their (in my opinion) not very wide range of handsets I would say they are the best network I've been with. If you dont really care what phone you get I'd recommened Vodafone. Gave them a 7 as the handset thing is a real big issue for me as I like to have the latest phones. Otherwise no problems with billing, customer services, instore/online help. They also have an eforum on their website which is great if you need help or looking up information on them or their handsets!

i have been wid vodafone for 2 years now and my contract is ending and i can not wait. They never gave me a good deal to start wid 500 texts 200 mins for 45 quid a month, once u go over rates are sky high. plus have never offerd me any better deals or rewards for long time customer even when i have told them i am going to end contract they only reduced my overall price by 15 pounds per month. signal is average. have upgraded my fone a few times. Customer Service very poor from Vodafone. Signal in certain places is terrible. Just ordered a new phone off them and i've been waiting over a week for it now i try emailing them and there very unresponsive and they have a very bad attitude. I think i'll be cancelling not happy with vodafone at all.

I have been a loyal vodafone customer for many years. However they have completely lost the plot of late. I am unable to get any coverage on my mobile phone at home (for approx 6 weeks now) when previously it worked fine. I really do have to be mobile to use it as when I am out and about it works fine. Well the coverage is great and have been happy with vodafone for some time, untill............. I had to contact the customer service department. Like many other reviewers on here it has been an absolute nightmare. Incompetent or rude and unhelpful staff and it is a nightmare trying to get through to them. I never had a problem with Vodafone. Seemed to do good competative rates and i never had a problem using their online facilities. They generally have a good collection of mobiles and i've never had a problem with them. The only reason i am not with them is because when i moved back to the UK i wasn't planning to stay long and went for 02 simplicity contract which Vodafone now do as well.

I've been with vodafone for 16 years and they amaze me more and more as time goes on. Good? No they are terrible. Very good service i maintain 2 accounts with vodafone one for me and one for my girlfriend .Despite what people say in my experiance vodafone is 100% good therecustomer service is immpeccable and i would 100% reccomend them to anyone who is after a respectfull dependable network

Vodafone has a reliable network but amongst the 3 mobile phone providers, Vodafone is far from being the best.
