Have been with vodafone for many years not sure why I have stayed so loyal, Have always had problems but lately it has got so bad. Always experiencing network problems in many areas and customer services just keep lying when the matter will be resolved. As I write this, I'm honestly quite staggered and open-mouthed at how appalling bad Vodafone's customer service is. It's almost as if they're deliberately evasive if you have a problem. No help through the internet, their 'helplines' just a Merry-Go_round of pre-recorded messages. “What a mistake”

I changed from 02 to Vodafone business contract as they promised me a lot of things when Infact I made a massive mistake. It took me 4 months to get problems sorted such as a faulty hand set to signal problems. The network isn't great with these full stop. Apparently, they can't remove the bar that they placed on my number when I lost my other phone but that's okay cos I can always buy PAYG sim card and they'll give me a wee discount on the £37.50 contract that I pay monthly....absolutely useless. They made umpteen promises to fix my line, call me back and 'sort it out' but they didn't manage to fulfil any promises. “10 months of bad service”

I call them every week to 2 weeks complaining, but nothing improves. Have to try several times to make calls, do not always receive calls, dropped signals etc etc. UNBELIEVABLY bad service. “Why no 3G?”

I don't understand how 3G can now be so bad as to be useless on Vodafone. Most of the time it is GPRS. I wonder what I am paying for. The staff at my local store are always useful which is why I have stayed loyal, but the service now provided makes working outside almost impossible and I have to search hard for a strong enough signal to tether my ipad. “The worst company that terribly disappointed me”

I was in UK for 4 years and all this tine I was stupid enough to use this service. Despite it being overpriced I bought a contract sim and paid for it all the time. Then when it was my last year of university my contract finished and I had no intention of getting more as I thought I don't have a full year. But they told me that it would be okay amd they'd stop service in July. So I paid my last contract payment in July and left the country. Very very poor service, Customer care executives are very very hopless put me on hold for 1 hour. If you visit north side like shimla etc. you will not get range, Customer care executives are very hopeless. they don't know any thing about there products, They keep you on hold more than 5-6 times in single call. and if we ask them to connect there seniors, they will put you on hold for an hour so you need to cut your phone. I joined Vodaphone in December 2013 for the one net virtual land line service. I was informed by the sales rep over the phone that I would be joined on a cooperate discount of 10 per month. One of their reps promised me a sure signal box if I signed up to another 2 year contract. Having done this, I never received my free box and have since been told that they do not do this!
