Just got hung up on by someone from customer care because she didn't know how to answer my question which was why had my bill been changed from direct debit to cash without informing me. I had a 300 euro bill to pay because of this and she had no idea why so she interrupted me to say "thanks bye!" And hung up! “What is wrong with the Vodafone web site? It hardly works!”

Admittedly I use pay as you go, so I'm hardly a top priority customer, but the Vodafone web site is just terrible:- 1. It's got my phone number from years ago. I can't find how to change it. 2. Guess how long I had to listen to the same song whilst waiting for someone to answer my call? 50mins. Then they gave me an out of date PAC code.i called back. 25minutes of Sam Smith again and no answer so i gave up. Next day, 22mins and counting for someone to answer my call. Sam is singing away. “THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!”

I have had a problem with my mobile data for nearly a month and despite countless phone calls, ( and no one returning my calls!) two visits of an hour each to the store, phone reset several times and a new SIM my phone still does not work!!! I am frustrated that Vodafone keep dismissing me, there is no consistency, you speak to someone different every time and have to explain yourself over and over again!!! I have 2 contracts with Vodafone and I wanted to cancel one of the phones and instead of cancelling one phone they cancelled my whole account, I need my phone for work so this was a massive inconvience. “Shocking customer service!!!!!”

i called Vodafone as my internet was going down drastically when i was hooked up to wifi, i then phoned them up to sort it out and i was on hold for ages, i was passed around 4 times to different people. “swapping from pay monthly to pay as you go ”

I have had a contract with Vodafone since 2012, on 26th March 2015 I rang to upgrade my phone. This all went really smoothly and after some negotiations got what i thought was a good deal! “Warning about Vodafone”

Vodafone is a corrupt company and they know exactly what they are doing. I will not bore you with the details of problems I have with them but when it comes to helping customers there is no one worse. You will get through to a call centre in Cairo, India or Cape Town 75% of the time. Their english is hard to understand and they are robots. I have been with vodafoe for almost 4 years now and i have 2 contracts with them. I upgraded my phone in February 2014. I was offered a samsung s5 which includes a 4G plan for an extra charge and the overall price for my contract is £57/month.I then took the contract and I have been using it fine in London.
