8 months ago I raised a concern that vodafone had not flagged up to me unusual use of my phone (my account bill was ten times higher than normal). The unusual bill amounts continued for 3mths in total and they agreed I should have been notified. When my contract was up for renewal I shopped about at car phone ware house they told me that vodaphone had 95% coverage of the country for 4g network this was what I was looking for as I drive long distance round Britain for my job and needed good coverage the actual coverage is more like 20% and not even the phone signal is much use at about 65% coverage I tried to get out of the contract but the hopes you have to jump through meant it to long so I am now stuck with it they are a total rip of… Read Full Review

“Worst customer service and network on earth”

I have been with vodafoe for almost 4 years now and i have 2 contracts with them. I upgraded my phone in February 2014. I was offered a samsung s5 which includes a 4G plan for an extra charge and the overall price for my contract is £57/month.I then took the contract and I have been using it fine in London. I then moved to Plymouth for my studies. The 4G has never worked there but works fine in london. “Criminal actions”

Beware when considering vodaphone for any contracts. You will be charged £6+ for going over your data allowance and additional £6+ every time you go -250 MGs. Do not think that shutting down everything that can possibly use data will help, your data drain will continue. I am going to select to opt out of my existing data allowance even though I pay for it and don't use it because the data usage keeps going down. This company offered my son, with no income, a contract he couldn't afford on his 18th birthday; it's really overpriced and he has now got into debt - all very predictable. “Experts at the Fob off”

I have been with Vodafone for a long time. About 18 months ago I upgraded to a Smart phone. It wasn't long until I realised that a lot of its features wouldn't work. I discovered this was due to network signal strength and not just in one area. I tried other network sims and the improvement was remarkable. “Fraudulent customer services”

I repeatedly tried to return it but they kept insisting the network problems were going to be fixed in a couple of days and to bear with them. I have been calling Vodafone now for a week, I keep getting put through to Egypt call centre. I took out four contracts in August this year and two had free spoitify for two years. After 6 months on one contract spoitify no longer works. Spoke to Vodafone first they said fault lies with spoitify . If I could possibly give this company fewer stars I would. Fair-play, a couple do their customer services people where very pleasant - I should know as in the process of one simple query I was passed to 9 different people and had to explain my problem and give my security information to each one. “Network deficiency and shocking business practices”

As a customer for over 6 years if expected the network to continue to be resilient and provide the service I actually pay for. I live in a town of around 126000 residents and we have 5 cells circling the area. You'd think there would be good coverage wouldn't you. Think again. To get a call indoors I need a SureSignal £60.
