I have been with Vodafone for almost 4 years now, so I could call myself a loyal customer. During the black Friday week I have decided to upgrade my phone and also get my husband moved from another provider to Vodafone and get him a new contract with Vodafone too. I had a two year contact on a iPhone 6 after being a Three customer for several years, my wife stayed with Three. I seemed to never have 3G coverage compared with my wife's Three 3G though I would usually have phone reception if she didn't. At the end of my contract trying to get a PAC took three attempts, I actual order a SIM only contract from Three while waiting on the phone. Can only validate the other reviews here. I had a SIM card for the iPad. After a few years didn't need any more, so began process to cancel. After having a contract with Vodaphone for 4-5 years, I have found their customer service to be severely lacking. I need invoices going back to Feb-Mar 1915. The last person hung up on me and it turned out they were the most helpful person I spoke to today. First issue – major security breach on my account which happened right after talk talk were hacked. You would assume that they would be moderately interested in looking into this, but I received absolutely no further word. Second issue – supposed data leakage. Vodafone wont give me what I am being charged for. I have complained by email, post, live chat and on the phone and in this store. They will not help me. What they did do was to lock me out of my vodafone account and send my details to strangers. When I complained they wouldn't even look into how it happened. I ended my £15/month contract at the end of it's term, after a farcical error with my upgrade. This was stressful enough in itself. In January they confirmed my cancellation by letter and took a 'final' payment of £111, with no explanation of why it was that much. Now, in March, they have taken £1,036!!!!!!
