“Cut off Pay-as-you-go service”

My wife has a small pay-as-you-go mobile that is for use in an emergency. This mobile has just been switched off by Vodafone without any prior notice. When asked why, they said it had not been used for 3 months and that the number was now lost to us. This is appalling business strategy as we will now never use Vodafone again having switched to O2. “THE WORST”

It's one of the worst networks ever. I bought an IPhone 7 More than a month ago with a data plan. Then I wanted to unlock the phone so I could use a different sim with a different carrier. They said wait 3 months. Since I'm a regular customer they let me off and lowered it to 1 month. “Overcharging ”

I have been a Vodafone customer for 13 years. I trusted Vodafone as everything was great for tye first few years.then last year I noticed my bill almost doubled.I phoned Vodafone and they knew it was not right and sorted it. I want to file a complaint with Vodafone as well. I contacted Vodafone support months ago to get my broadband account closed since I'm not using it anymore since August 2016. Very frustrating is the fact that every time I get feedback from another person in Egypt or India who doesn't read the history of my request. About 7 weeks ago I phoned to request a micro SIM for a new phone. Shocked to be told that my account was in somebody else's name. It has taken weeks and weeks, days on the phone and on chatlines to get it sorted. Finally sorted by the fraud department. Please contact the ombudsman. I have had so many problems with this company over-charging and finally ran out of patience. Contacting the ombudsman was so easy. They simply ask you once for the details of your complaint and then set an investigator on to your case. They contact Vodafone and force them to give all contact evidence (calls, chats, emails etc.) and billing information. It only took 4 weeks for them to come to a conclusion and found very clearly in my favour - (there could be no other outcome!). Full refund of all overcharging plus a "good-will" payment (compensation) of £150. This companies customer services is atrocious - verging on fraudulent

I had a two year contact on a iPhone 6 after being a Three customer for several years, my wife stayed with Three. I seemed to never have 3G coverage compared with my wife's Three 3G though I would usually have phone reception if she didn't. At the end of my contract trying to get a PAC took three attempts, I actual order a SIM only contract from Three while waiting on the phone.
