“Terrible PAYG service”

For some reason payg sim was stopped. Called CS. they said my number had been removed and now unavailable and I had to get a new sim and new number. When asked of I could make a complaint I was then asked for 3 numbers id called recently and then put on hold... Then to be told that my number is all ok and had never been cut off????!! “Vodaphone where has my money gone!”

I have a little pay as you go phone that I only use for emergencies,my credit was £3.10 so I was surprised to receive a text saying I only had 21p credit left. I checked my call log and found a call had been logged to somewhere my husband goes fishing - in the summer months - however not only was this call logged as made in January but at 1.20 in the morning when I was fast asleep. “VODAFONE CHARGED £180 FOR 7GB DATA!!”

I'm appaled with the way vodafone have dealt with me today. My son went over his data limit by 7gb and i was charged £180 for it!! That acquates to over £25 per GB!!! When questioned i was told that he was not sent a reminder text due to a system upgrade and them loosing the number on the system!! Really!? I have been with Vodafone for a couple of years and was due an upgrade. So when I went into the store to upgrade and add my 20 percent Vodafone advantage customer discount on. The customer assistant informed me I did not need to do this as I already had 27 months line rental at half price and to wait for my first bill. It was the worst company I have to deal with. You tell them " I need to keep my number for receiving incoming calls", and they put you on broadband contract and block all your calls. You tell them " I need to swap 2 numbers", they tell you " yeah yeah" , but in reality none of those people can do it! My mum lives 250 miles from me. And since the 2nd level authentication was implemented I cannot administer her account at home. I have to use the Vodafone stores, live chat or the telephone. “Vodafone don't care about customers”

The worst mobile network in the world. They sold me services are that wont work. Their customer services are terrible. The instore staff are incompetent and the only thing they care about is selling contracts. Don't bother asking them to fix a problem. By phone they regularly leave customers on hold for over an hour. I regret taking out a contract with vodaphone. Their customer service is the poorest I have ever encountered and customer service team the worst trained employees I have ever had to deal with. Advisors are not bothered about fixing a problem or taking ownership. They have refused to cancel my contract even though the Consumer Rights Act of Oct 2015 states that they should! Recieved wrong type of sim for my phone. Had to pay for the right size. Topped my new phone up, by the next morning credit was gone. 15 in 6 hours. Did not receive any bundles i was supposed to get.
