“Worst telecommunications company ”

Vodafone would have to be the worst company anyone on this earth would want to deal with. Five days with no TV, no sky and no internet. They couldn't give a dam. Spent nearly six hours one day trying to get service. Now been on the phone for 30 minutes and no action. This is a stalling tactic hoping that customers will just give up and not bother them. “customer service, really?”

I have been experiencing difficulties accessing my on-line account for over 12 months. In that time I have spent hours on the phone talking to customer service assistants. I have had my user name and password changed and had my account deleted and re-registered more than once. When they run out of ideas or just can't be bothered anymore they say "we have a problem with the system at the moment..... blah blah blah. Have just experienced two failed attempts with Vodaphone to deal with problems. Firstly, my son who was moving to China, cancelled and paid off his contract. However, while he was away a monthly direct debit was still being taken by Vodaphone. They promised me a discount in writing then when it wasn't being implemented, I had to ring an adviser 3+ times and finally spoke to a manager via chat, who said the discount would not be possible, despite confirming it would be via phone and writing. Vodafone UK, stop being total pants: get a 'contact us' system in place that works - an email would be good, this 'live chat' is b0ll0cks - talking to someone in India who doesn't know how to fix the on-line issue.... you have a FAQ section which isn't detailed nor cover a lot of real issues. Close the call centre in India, pay for some staff in the UK and spend the rest on a better on-line facilities for your customers. So so so DISAPPOINTED with Vodafone, all they want is your money that's all, they want to catch you out with their deals. I am due to pay £240 for something which is not even my fault. They dont really care about customers but all they want is your money. You can not have unlimited data so for the limited data you get, they cant cut it off when you have run out of data just to catch you up and get your money. What a nightmare! Went to a high street phone supplier who sold me a Vodafone contract, it all seemed fine at this stage; all I had to do was wait 48 hours to swap etc etc. The temporary number was never even activated. Went into the shop again (more time off, more money wasted) and was told it would all be ok within 48 hours. Again, never happened.In the meantime rang Vodafone (Indian branch) who hung up on me. Just got hung up on by someone from customer care because she didn't know how to answer my question which was why had my bill been changed from direct debit to cash without informing me. I had a 300 euro bill to pay because of this and she had no idea why so she interrupted me to say "thanks bye!" And hung up!
