In all of my years as a business mobile user with 3 accounts I have always had a great relationship with many networks but I have been with Vodafone now for over a year and it has been one of the most painful experiences of my life! The business service is absolutely appalling I wouldn't recommend Vodafone to an enemy. Hi I just wanted to write this review because the customer service on Vodafone is so bad it is unbelievable. As I am writing this, I'm on hold with Vodafone, who through no fault of my own stopped my connection. When I rang they said they did not collect my money through my account and therefore decided to disconnect me without even ringing me to tell me. I have been calling Vodafone now for a week, I keep getting put through to Egypt call centre. I took out four contracts in August this year and two had free spoitify for two years. After 6 months on one contract spoitify no longer works. Spoke to Vodafone first they said fault lies with spoitify . Emailed spotify and they said Vodafone only gave you a 6 month package and they need to reinstate it. Spoke to Vodafone they said "oh yes....sorry we will reinstate it for two years" . “Do not switch to vodaphone”

“Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful”

If I could possibly give this company fewer stars I would. Fair-play, a couple do their customer services people where very pleasant - I should know as in the process of one simple query I was passed to 9 different people and had to explain my problem and give my security information to each one. “Network deficiency and shocking business practices”

As a customer for over 6 years if expected the network to continue to be resilient and provide the service I actually pay for. I live in a town of around 126000 residents and we have 5 cells circling the area. You'd think there would be good coverage wouldn't you. Think again. To get a call indoors I need a SureSignal £60. “Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!”

This company is just looking for ways to rip people off and rely on people's sheer frustration to get the out of being decent. I was out of contract and no longer wanted to continue with their services. I actually hadn't used the phone for two years so they'd had over £300 from me for nothing. “Struggling to pay your bill? Tough luck! ”

After receiving a bill for almost £200 at the end of my 24 month contract Vodafone done everything in their power to make this situation worse. I asked if they would accept a payment plan. Double charged for one phone line. My 7 th night trying to get past 30 min misnamed customer service queue. Staff are clueless and still no refund after 7 hours of queuing and conversation. Tried to charge me £194 for going 7GB over data allowance, offered me a 20% discount wow that's fab!!!! NOT still means my bill will be £175! Not a chance of paying that when you can get a GB on contract for £6 and £10 per GB extra a month. Been with voda for many years with no problem but the last year or so since the invention of one com the service is poor. Tried a number of times to cancel and pay up my contract but u have to follow procedure and the letter or emails never come. They say every thing comes via voda but you cant speak to voda. So on the 23rd sep 2014 I decided to change to contract as vodafone was STEALING my credit and refusing to refund. I was told on 14th October it would change. So on 14th my phone was completely cut off as a hair dresser this cost me alot of money. On 14th and after being missinformed 5 times, yes FIVE TIMES, my phone eventually changed.
