Very very poor service, Customer care executives are very very hopless put me on hold for 1 hour. If you visit north side like shimla etc. you will not get range, Customer care executives are very hopeless. they don't know any thing about there products, They keep you on hold more than 5-6 times in single call. and if we ask them to connect there seniors, they will put you on hold for an hour so you need to cut your phone. “Lying shambles of a service”

I joined Vodaphone in December 2013 for the one net virtual land line service. I was informed by the sales rep over the phone that I would be joined on a cooperate discount of 10 per month. Lies...I'm charged way more than this per month and after visiting the shops in person and speaking to several people over the phone, I've just come to the conclusion that they believe if they keep lying and fobbing me off, I'll eventually go away. I have been with Vodafone for over 15 years and was thinking of changing to EE as signal for calls and messaging was terrible in my house. One of their reps promised me a sure signal box if I signed up to another 2 year contract. Having done this, I never received my free box and have since been told that they do not do this! “SORRY I MOVED TO VODAFONE”

Car phone warehouse convinced me to move from O2 and am I sorry. They told me they sent me a warning text to tell me my data usage was getting high (DID NOT GET ANY WARNING TEXT) and then they cut me off !! no calls, no texts no nothing !! Eventually I was able to get a house phone and call them and they said my data usage was £130 and that unless I paid it I was not going to be able to use my phone. Getting in touch with vodaphone is almost impossible. Their use of foreign call centers is the biggest problem.They may speak english but they dont understand what you say to them, a simple three minute call takes the best part of half an hour as the call staff are useless. no phone went to phones4u I always had pay as u go.but i needed text/calls i got a sim for vodafone sales person recommended as i was a desperate situation womens refuge took the offer..Bad decision totally..they have ripped me off no end. o paid every month by direct debit,. I recently upgraded my phone and was persuaded by car phone warehouse to use the vodaphone network, well that was a huge mistake! I am unable to make calls from my home or my area (Bromley bourough) Kent. My calls drop everytime and I'm constanly having to redial over and over again before I can finish my conversation. It's been 3 month I've taken new contract with Vodafone and my experience with Vodafone is dreadfull. No proper signal and no proper 3G. You won't get continuous singal on A road and you have signal drops on M4 between Heathrow and Reading. if you finish your call and want to browse you will be connected to Edge and you have to put your phone airoplane mode and turn it off to get 3G connection and their 3G speed is worst. I never had a contract phone, but because my phone broke, i went to Phones 4 u. They were great. Since a year ago vodafone contract should have been £ 21 a month.
