Nail slicks nail polish by Cover Girl is designed to go on in one coat and dry very quickly. As far as both those go, it works. It's also very inexpensive as nail polish goes and comes in a wide range of appealing colours. I tend to stick to purples, silvers and odd pastels myself, and never have had any trouble finding a colour I like.
