Good Points: Great selection, great customer services, and the best prices I could find.

General comments: I had such a great experience that from now on I will certainly know where to go for all my ticketing needs. My family was so thrilled.

I suggest that anyone interested in purchasing tickets from them to reconsider and buy from legitimate outlet. Numerous complaints from other consumers on several web sites.

I ordered 6 Tickets to see Wicked @ the Gershwin Theatre in New York. I brought the whole family out for X-mas and they all wanted to go. I ordered concert tickets in March, received confirmation via e-mail. A week prior to concert... I attempted to contact Tickets My Way numerous times by phone and e-mail. No response ! The estimated shipping date for the tickets changed daily, and the concert date arrived and guess what ??? No tickets and no communication w/ this outfit, and they have my money for now . Told me to go on line and cancel my order. On-line advised me that I will pay a 45% service charge for cancelling an order for any reason. They charged my credit card immediately for ticket prices, "connection" fee and Fedex expenses - and are yet to ship any tickets!

I ordered 4 tickets for a James Taylor concert in February for a July 3 concert. I paid an extra $19 for 2nd day shipping through Fedex which were supposed to be delivered 2 days after purchase. Each time I went to their site it stated my tickets were scheduled to be delivered the following day. Here it is 1 week before the concert and I get a phone message today that my tickets are not available and to go back to their site and click on the Refund/Cancer Order icon. This is an unbelievable. Tickets ordered in Feb for a June event...delivery promised in "late May? " Virtually no communication w/ customer. Efforts to obtain an earlier delivery date ignored. As the concert date approached, delivery dates changed daily. Final delivery date listed as a date in 1969.

Bought tickets to Raconteurs show @ the Hard Rock Hotel (Tried to order Tickets to MC Chris But a rep told me it was a small show and I'de save money getting the tickets at the Box Office) It was the best show I'de ever seen there Jack White was on fire!!! There a no redeeming words to say about ticketsmyway.com. They should be out of business. I have filed a complaint with the Nevada BBB, the Nevada Attorney General (who responded that they were investigating), VISA, GOOGLE, and 20/20. In two words, bottom feeders.

Similar story - I ordered three tickets to a football game during the Holidays; rec'd confirmation email with wrong shipping information; made several phone calls and would be placed on hold for long time and they kept telling me that the tickets were on their way. I didn't receive tickets until after the game???? My credit card company reversed the charge and now I'm being threatened with a lawsuit. Ridiculous. Stay away from this company. In December '07, my husband ordered tickets to two out-of-town events, a football game and the theatre, to surprise our family for Christmas. Three days later, a woman from Tickets My Way called when my husband was at work because the football game seats were not available. She asked if different seats were acceptable, and I told her to email him, since I knew nothing about it. The email she sent said the tickets were on their way! Purchased Michael Buble tickets from Tickets My Way on March 3, 2008 for a May 10, 2008 concert and never got them. I made numerous phone calls with no luck. Left on hold for 30 or more minutes never speaking to anyone. Tried the chat line and chatted with no one. Will never ever do business with this company. I will look up a company on the BBB before making online ticket or any other purchases. Buyers Beware!

On January 31 I paid for two tickets to a Dolly Parton Concert at Radio City Music Hall, scheduled for May 1. In Mid March I called to find out when to expect my tickets and I was told they would be mailed "a week or two before the event." I was also told the tickets I had already paid for were no longer available but some similar (but of course more expensive ones) were, so unfortunately I bit. Same song and dance that every person on here is saying. Ordered tickets...they said no longer available, wanted to sell me more expensive tickets....Said I would get a refund.....nothing....I call all the time, and leave messages....nothing. BUT, they have messed with the wrong person.

AVOID THIS COMPANY........I wasted 300 dollars and about 3 hours of my life on them!

We ordered tickets. Paid for them and then they said they had nothing available the day they were to be delivered except more expensive tickets. Then tried to add on an extra service charge. Unbeliavable

I have been trying to get a re-fund or a manager on the phone for 3 months from Tickets My Way. The show is still two months away and I just keep on getting the run around.....would not recommend paying all the extra service fees to get no service....

I ordered concert tickets for my husband's birthday over two months prior to the event, received confirmation, and my credit card was automatically charged. A month later, no tickets - so I emailed the company as instructed in the confirmation.
