Poor. Wouldn't recommend to others. Formerly a regular visitor 2-3 times per month. Used to be good, gone bad. Tonight there was unpleasant burnt food and "couldn't care less attitude". The waitress knew the food was burnt because she didn't ask if everything was ok as per usual and avoided eye contact. When I complained, she merely said ok, no apology, no interest, no attempt to make better. Same poor response when I spoke to the cashier. Avoid.

We were very happy to go to the Prezzo restaurant in Leatherhead as it was right next to the Theatre we were visiting afterwards. The food was good, the service fast. However there was an incident with the manager( I think he was the manager)which spoilt our whole evening. My son popped in with his partner to say hello before we joined them at the theatre, as we had not quite finished our meal, we told them to pull up a couple of chairs and join us for a few minutes. Wherupon the manager started ...

The first time I went to a prezzo was in bournmouth and I love it, it was really delicious and the service was served with a smile. Because of that amazingly fantastic restaurant, I've gone to Prezzos in other places, which all live up to my great expectations, but I did enjoy the Prezzo in Bournmoth, it was lovely to be over looking the beach.
The food was great, and it was good for all ages.
    Thank You very much Prezzo!!

We eat in quality restaurants and hotels across the country on a regular basis. Prezzo in Spalding has become a regular choice when we want a reasonably-priced meal with good service and pleasant surroundings. We have not been disappointed after 20 or so meals here. Despite being part of a large chain, food is very good (and so much better than the local Frankie and Benny's!),service always careful and attentive and there is a relaxing ambiance (even the piped music is better than most!). Their ...

Having enjoyed a lovely lunch at Prezzos in Maldon, Essex i advised my brother to have his family leaving meal there one evening. I really wish i hadn't. The waiting staff were moody, in attentive and to be honest quite rude. The food portions were smaller than before (maybe because we used some of those vouchers?) and i had the mozerella starter which tasted like cheap / poor quality ingediants were used. Won't be returning.

I have been eating at this reastraurant since it opened and although the team are efficiant and friendly, the food well cooked; the portions become smaller and smaller. Tonight I had Fusilli Rusitca the paster was cooked to perfection the sauce was delicious howevevr the portion of chicken was so small I had a job to find it and when I did it was dry and of very poor quality. I also had a glass of Merlot which in the past has always been good; however the wine served tonight was new and on a pa ...

Our group of 16 dined at Romsey Prezzo last night. Absolutely terrible.
Meat Balls dish inedible - staff did not appear surprised. Chicken undercooked and came with chips and no veg. Other dishes disappointingly small. Waited an age for service to order. Waited an age for delivery. Our main guest (birthday) meal arrived 10 minutes later than rest. Staff hopelessly inadequate. Waited 10 minutes for glass of water, went to service desk to ask where water was to be told 2 we are busy doing your b ...

We visited Prezzo in Winchester, and also in Salisbury. The Salisbury one was fabulous, with helpful staff who asked in a proper fashion if we had booked, which we hadn't. They still found us a table almost straight away. The Winchester one lost a couple of points because they didn't ask in a proper manner
the same question when we walked into the almost empty restaurant. That was not an appropriate welcome. The pizzas, however, were great.

Whitstable prezzo is a great place for a night out if you want good pizza. I cant comment on the pasta as never had it cos the pizzas are so good. dont bother with the olives etc extra charge.
their piccante gamberroni is excellent as starter and comes with ciabatta. dont bother with the calimari, frozen and fried to a shrivel. The Pizzas are exceptionally good and a class above zizzis across the road. ( which by the way after eating in there 3 times will never go back.) The house wine is more t ...

Prezzo is clean, well lit and has attentive waiters. It's ok for a night out ... but you may feel out of pocket as per value for money..there are lots of optional add ons ie bread / olives / service charge. It's expensive... it's pasta!! .. I thought the crab cakes were dry and no cheese board.

Well where can I start, I know that the waiters are supposed to be italian but when they seemed to be unable to speak a word of english I found it very difficult to order. When after sitting through our first 30 mins of a meal, while listening to a neighbouring table of 20, (2 tables), we had to put up with the constant rantings of an Austrailian Male, (this we all knew as he was telling everyone he was Austrailian). Unfortunately as the waiters apparently plied him with more red wine, his voice ...

Even the olives at this Prezzo are better than at others I've been to. Doesn't seem possible I know given that they're probably all from one supplier and require very little preparation, but there you have it. Avoid the one in Canterbury, it's not very good - head to Whitstable instead.

Visited prezzos for a valitines meal, wish i hadnt now due to the following; starter course consisting of dry stale bread with smelly prawns on a bed of unwashed lettuce, and for main uncooked packet sauce, pasta ,moody chicken bits and wait for it, what i thought was a finger nail ,but to my relief and still unacceptable for my pallet ,a large piece of sharp clear plastic! which nearly went down good job i wasnt a small child! Management wasnt to bothered they were going to charge me but i mana ...

Prezzo Alton- this is the worst eating establishment I have ever visited. We had previously visited the Prezzo in Winchester and were very impressed with the whole experience. However, this was not so in Alton. We walked in to a virtually empty restaurant and were rudely told that we should have booked in advance. I'd have happily walked away but the manager said he could squeeze us in (all 3 of us) but we'd have to be finished within the hour. We reluctantly agreed as we'd driven 15 miles ...
