    Good Points: Returned my initial call in good time


    Bad Points: Pushy consultant
    Disinterested
    No follow-up information provided as promised


    General comments: I applied for a position via a jobs website. It transpired that it was being handled by the Hewitts IT Recruitment agency. The consultant was pushy and didn't listen to my needs, even suggesting that they wouldn't submit my CV to the employer. I was advised that an email would be sent to me confirming contact details of the consultant. Three weeks on and I'm still waiting for it. I was also told to ring back in a couple of weeks if I hadn't heard anything.
