Respect : 0Good Points: Nice slimline design, good texture, perfect size, plus a great range of colours.
Bad Points: Can be slippery if you are hot and sweaty!
General comments: I like my Gaiam mat, it is lightweight and really good for cushioning while still letting you feel the ground beneath you- vital for a good yoga session as you need to be 'grounded'. The only f=drawback is I find if I'm a bit hot, it can get a bit slippy- no major problems, but something to be aware of.
